गुमला में विकास कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न, उपायुक्त ने कार्यों में तेजी और गुणवत्ता लाने पर दिया ज़ोर

गुमला — गुमला समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में एक विशेष समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसमें जिले की विभिन्न विकास और कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की प्रगति की गहन समीक्षा की गई। बैठक में सभी विभागीय वरीय अधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहे। समीक्षा का उद्देश्य योजनाओं के कार्यान्वयन की रफ्तार बढ़ाना और उनके स्तर को सुधारना था।

योजनाओं में पारदर्शिता और गुणवत्ता लाने के निर्देश

बैठक की शुरुआत में उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों से औपचारिक परिचय प्राप्त कर उनके कार्यक्षेत्र और जिम्मेदारियों की जानकारी ली। इसके बाद उन्होंने मनरेगा, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, बिरसा हरित ग्राम योजना और अन्य योजनाओं पर बिंदुवार चर्चा की। उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि सभी कार्यों में गुणवत्ता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि राज्य स्तर पर जिला की रैंकिंग में सुधार हो सके।

खेल, आवास और हरित योजना पर विशेष फोकस

पोटो हो खेल मैदान की स्थिति की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने निर्माण कार्य की गुणवत्ता सुधारने और मैदानों की संख्या बढ़ाने पर बल दिया। बिरसा हरित ग्राम योजना में दस्तावेज़ी प्रक्रिया को सुदृढ़ करने के निर्देश दिए गए। आवास योजनाओं के तहत स्वीकृत लाभुकों को समय पर किस्तें उपलब्ध कराने और निर्माण कार्यों को तेज़ करने का आदेश दिया गया।

राजस्व और आपदा प्रबंधन में सुधार के निर्देश

राजस्व शाखा की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने म्यूटेशन, दाखिल-खारिज, लंबित भूमि प्रमाण पत्रों के निष्पादन, और राजस्व संग्रहण में तेजी लाने की जरूरत पर बल दिया। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से यह भी सुनिश्चित करने को कहा कि आम जनता को कार्यालयों के बार-बार चक्कर न लगाने पड़ें।

आपदा प्रबंधन के अंतर्गत सभी पात्र लाभुकों को समय पर लाभ पहुंचाने की हिदायत दी गई।

विधिक मुद्दों और लंबित मामलों पर लिया गया संज्ञान

बैठक में DRDA निदेशक द्वारा विभिन्न कानूनी मुद्दों की जानकारी दी गई, जिस पर उपायुक्त ने गंभीरता से विचार कर तत्काल समाधान सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

योजना और आकांक्षी प्रखंड की प्रगति की समीक्षा

अनटाइड, SCA और CSR फंड से संचालित योजनाओं की स्थिति की समीक्षा की गई। साथ ही आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी में समुचित प्रगति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विशेष निर्देश दिए गए।

छात्रवृत्ति, आंगनवाड़ी और शिक्षा पर विशेष ध्यान

कल्याण विभाग की समीक्षा में छात्रवृत्ति योजना को लेकर छात्रों के खातों का रैंडम वेरिफिकेशन करने को कहा गया, ताकि भुगतान प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता बनी रहे।

समाज कल्याण विभाग में सेविकाओं की क्षमता वृद्धि, आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में मूलभूत सुविधाएं, और भूमि विवादों के त्वरित समाधान पर ज़ोर दिया गया। सक्रिय केंद्रों में मरम्मत कार्य हेतु शीघ्र प्रस्ताव भेजने को भी कहा गया।

सड़क सुरक्षा और शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर सुझाव

सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर वाहनों की नियमित जांच और नो एंट्री अवधि सुबह 9 बजे से पहले समाप्त करने के निर्देश दिए गए। शिक्षा विभाग से आगामी 6 माह की कार्ययोजना प्रस्तुत करने और शिक्षा व्यवस्था सुधारने के लिए व्यावहारिक सुझाव देने को कहा गया।

टीम भावना और समन्वय की अपील

बैठक के समापन पर उपायुक्त ने सभी अधिकारियों से टीम भावना के साथ कार्य करते हुए जनहित में योजनाओं का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने की अपील की। बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, परियोजना निदेशक ITDA, अपर समाहर्ता, DRDA निदेशक, और अन्य विभागीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

यह समीक्षा बैठक गुमला जिले में सुशासन और विकास कार्यों में गति, पारदर्शिता और प्रभावशीलता लाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम माना जा रहा है।
