विरोधाभासी बयानों व आधारहीन तर्कों से सरकार का बचाव नहीं कर सकते निशिकांत दुबे : बंंधु तिर्की

रांची : पूर्व मंत्री एवं झारखण्ड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष बंधु तिर्की ने कहा है कि ध्रुवीकरण और सभी धर्म, जाति, समुदाय के लोगों के बीच भेदभाव को बढ़ावा देना ही भारतीय जनता पार्टी और केन्द्र सरकार की मौलिक नीति बनती जा रही है. यह भाजपा और आरएसएस की विचारधारा है.

श्री तिर्की ने रविवार को एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी कर कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट पर धार्मिक युद्ध भड़काने के सांसद निशिकांत दुबे के आरोप की तीखी आलोचना करते हुए कहा कि अपने विरोधाभासी और आधारहीन बयानों, संवैधानिक प्रावधानों की गलत व्याख्या और भाषाई उत्तेजना के बलबूते श्री दुबे मोदी सरकार और भाजपा का न तो बचाव कर सकते हैं और ना ही वे भारतीय न्यायपालिका पर आक्रमण कर सकते हैं.

वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा कि हमारा संविधान भी इसी भावना से प्रेरित है और संविधान सभा के सदस्यों ने कभी भी इस बात की कल्पना नहीं की होगी कि एक समय ऐसी स्थिति आ जायेगी जब सर्वोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा संविधान के पक्ष में कही गयी बातों और उसके आधार पर लिये गये निर्णय का सरकार, सरकार के सदस्यों और मूलतः कार्यपालिका के द्वारा ऐसी तीखी आलोचना की जायेगी जो हमारी लोकतांत्रिक जड़ों को कमजोर करने का काम करेगी.

ध्रुवीकरण और भेदभाव भाजपा और केन्द्र सरकार की मौलिक नीति 

श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि भारत धर्मनिरपेक्ष देश है और संविधान से ऊपर कोई भी नहीं है. संविधान के अनुच्छेद 53 के अनुसार राष्ट्रपति को जो जिम्मेदारी सौपी गयी है, उसका निर्वहन उन्हें करना है वहीं दूसरी ओर सर्वोच्च न्यायालय भी वह संवैधानिक संस्थान है जिसके ऊपर निष्पक्षता से हमारे संविधान के अनुपालन की जिम्मेदारी है.

श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि इस मूल संवैधानिक भावना से उलट जिस प्रकार से उपराष्ट्रपति और राज्यसभा के सभापति जगदीप धनकड़ ने जिन शब्दों में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की आलोचना की है और उसके बाद किरण रिजीजू, मनन मिश्रा, निशिकांत दुबे एवं अन्य कुछ एक मंत्रियों, सांसदों एवं नेताओं के द्वारा जैसे वक्तव्य दिये जा रहे हैं उससे यह स्पष्ट है कि केन्द्र सरकार और भाजपा के नेताओं द्वारा उकसावे की कार्रवाई से केवल भारतीय लोकतंत्र की जड़ें कमजोर होंगी.
