डोमचांच प्रखंड अंतर्गत विवेकानंद आइडियल पब्लिक स्कूल नवादा चौक धरगांव में आज स्कूल एनुअल चैंपियनशिप 2025 के तहत तथा पाठ सहगामी क्रिया के अंतर्गत पृथ्वी दिवस मनाया गया

इस अवसर बच्चों के बीच वाद विवाद प्रतियोगिता एवं क्विज कांटेस्ट का आयोजन किया गया। इसमें वर्ग पंचम से लेकर दशम तक के विद्यार्थियों को दो भागों में बांटा गया।
ऊपरी संवर्ग के वाद विवाद प्रतियोगिता में पर्यावरण संरक्षण, जल संरक्षण, पर्यावरण संतुलन, मानव एक संसाधन के रूप में विषय पर सामूहिक चर्चा का आयोजन किया गया। समूह अ का संचालन प्रभु कुमार यादव के नेतृत्व में तथा समूह ब का संचालन वीरेंद्र कुमार चौधरी के नेतृत्व में हुआ। जूनियर सेक्शन में समूह अ का नेतृत्व अभिमन्यु दशरथ यादव ने किया जबकि समूह ब का नेतृत्व श्याम सुंदर पाण्डेय ने किया। इसमें सीनियर सेक्शन के वीरेंद्र कुमार चौधरी समूह ब तथा जूनियर सेक्शन के अभिमन्यु दशरथ यादव अ ने बढ़त बनाकर विनर का स्थान प्राप्त किया। निर्णायक मंडली में जज के रूप में श्री लालजीत मेहता एवं श्री अमित कुमार पंडित ने भूमिका निभाई जबकि कार्यक्रम संचालन श्री सुदन कुमार ने किया। दूसरे तरफ प्रश्नोत्तरी कार्यक्रम का आयोजन श्री अमित कुमार पंडित एवं श्री कैलाश दास के देखरेख में संपन्न हुआ।
मौके पर विद्यालय के प्रधानाध्यापक जयप्रकाश मेहता ने सभा को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि हमारे विद्यालय में समय-समय पर इस प्रकार के कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जाता है। समावेशी शिक्षा के माध्यम से बच्चों का सर्वांगीण विकास ही हमारा लक्ष्य है। आज पृथ्वी दिवस है। हमें पर्यावरण संरक्षण के प्रति जागरूक होना चाहिए। इस प्रकार के आयोजन के माध्यम से बच्चों के बीच अपने घर के बने हुए भोजन, पॉलिथीन के प्रयोग में परहेज करने, पर्यावरण संतुलन, पर्यावरण संरक्षण से संबंधित सारे बिंदुओं के ऊपर विचार विमर्श एवं प्रश्नोत्तरी के माध्यम से जागरूकता लाना है। पृथ्वी को हरियाली से सजा कर रखना मानव का कर्तव्य है। वाद विवाद प्रतियोगिता के माध्यम से बच्चों ने बहुत ही सारगर्भित तथ्यों को सामने लाकर समवेत स्वर में सभी ने संकल्प लिया कि हम एक सजग जिम्मेवार नागरिक के रूप में आजीवन पर्यावरण संरक्षण का कार्य करेंगे। विद्यालय के विज्ञान शिक्षक श्री गौरव कुमार ने कहा कि हम सब अपने मौज मस्ती के लिए केवल आज का ही दिन को देखते हैं भविष्य के बारे में सामान्यतः कोई नहीं सोचते हैं। यह हमारी बहुत बड़ी भूल है। बहुत बड़ी मूर्खता है। आज के दिन हम सब एकजुट होकर संकल्प लेते हैं कि अपने जीवन के संचालन में रोजी-रोजगार में पर्यावरण संरक्षण का भरपूर ध्यान रखेंगे।
कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में विद्यालय के सहायक शिक्षक संदीप कुमार, सूरज कुमार साव, भोला मेहता, आशा कुमारी ललिता मेहता रितु कुमारी संध्या मेहता आदि ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।
