विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में फिर से गूंजेगी कुलाधिपति व्याख्यान माला, कैंपस विकास की भी नई पहल

हजारीबाग | अप्रैल 2025 — विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय (VBU) ने एक बड़ी पहल करते हुए बंद पड़ी कुलाधिपति व्याख्यान माला को फिर से शुरू करने का निर्णय लिया है। शनिवार को कुलपति सभागार में आयोजित उच्च स्तरीय बैठक में यह प्रस्ताव सर्वसम्मति से पारित किया गया। बैठक की अध्यक्षता कुलपति प्रोफेसर दिनेश कुमार सिंह ने की।

क्या लिए गए प्रमुख निर्णय?

• 28 अप्रैल तक सभी विभागाध्यक्षों और निदेशकों को विस्तृत प्रस्ताव बनाकर कुलसचिव को सौंपने का निर्देश दिया गया है।

• विभिन्न विभागों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ अंतर-विभागीय व्याख्यान आयोजित करने की भी अनुमति दी गई है।

• पीएचडी मौखिक परीक्षा में शामिल बाहरी विशेषज्ञों से भी व्याख्यान दिलाने की योजना बनाई गई है।

प्रोफेसर सिंह ने जानकारी दी कि आवश्यक वित्तीय प्रबंध के लिए जल्द ही वित्त परामर्शी और वित्त पदाधिकारी से विमर्श किया जाएगा।

कैंपस डेवलपमेंट प्रोग्राम का आगाज

कुलपति ने कैंपस डेवलपमेंट प्रोग्राम की भी घोषणा की, जिसके पहले चरण में विश्वविद्यालय मुख्यालय को विकसित किया जाएगा। आगे चलकर यह कार्यक्रम महाविद्यालयों में भी लागू किया जाएगा। इस योजना के तहत:

• विद्यार्थियों, पूर्व छात्रों, टॉपर्स और शोधार्थियों से विकास प्रस्ताव आमंत्रित किए जाएंगे।

• इन प्रस्तावों पर शिक्षकों, पूर्व शिक्षकों, सामाजिक प्रतिनिधियों और मीडिया कर्मियों के साथ विचार-विमर्श किया जाएगा।

• अंतिम स्वीकृति उच्च स्तरीय समिति द्वारा दी जाएगी, जिसके अध्यक्ष सीसीडीसी होंगे और कुलसचिव तथा वित्त पदाधिकारी सदस्य होंगे।

अतिथि भवन और आधारभूत संरचनाओं पर विशेष ध्यान

कुलपति ने विश्वविद्यालय के अतिथि भवन के निष्क्रिय रहने पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए उसके जीर्णोद्धार और चालू करने का प्रस्ताव रखा। साथ ही:

• परिसर में पशुओं के प्रवेश को रोकने के लिए चाहरदीवारी मरम्मत का निर्देश दिया गया।

• कक्षाओं की गुणवत्ता सुधारने के लिए राष्ट्रीय स्तर के प्रस्ताव मांगे गए।

• सभी भवनों में पेयजल और बिजली व्यवस्था को सुधारने के निर्देश भी दिए गए।

परिसर सौंदर्यीकरण और विद्यार्थियों की सुविधा को प्राथमिकता

योजना में शामिल अन्य प्रस्तावों में:

• बिनोदिनी पार्क के सौंदर्यीकरण के लिए विशेष कार्य योजना तैयार करना।

• वर्षा और गर्मी के मौसम को देखते हुए छायादार पाथवे का निर्माण।

• शिक्षकों और कर्मचारियों के लिए वाहन पार्किंग स्थल बनाना।

सीसीडीसी संभाग को इन सभी प्रस्तावों की रूपरेखा तैयार करने का जिम्मा सौंपा गया है।
