गर्मियों में जल संकट से राहत के लिए गुमला उपायुक्त ने पेयजल व्यवस्था की समीक्षा की

गुमला | 26 अप्रैल 2025 — बढ़ती गर्मी को ध्यान में रखते हुए गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने शनिवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग के कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक की। बैठक में जलापूर्ति से जुड़ी योजनाओं की प्रगति और समस्याओं के समाधान पर विशेष जोर दिया गया।

बैठक का उद्देश्य और मुख्य निर्देश

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि सभी सहायक और कनीय अभियंता अपने क्षेत्रों में जलस्रोतों की नियमित निगरानी करें और किसी भी जलमीनार या हैंडपंप के खराब होने पर तुरंत मरम्मत कार्य सुनिश्चित करें।

उन्होंने कहा, “गर्मी के मौसम में ग्रामीणों को पेयजल संकट से बचाने के लिए विभाग को चौकस रहना होगा।”

खराब जलमीनारों और हैंडपंपों पर विशेष फोकस

उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि दो दिनों के भीतर खराब जलमीनारों और हैंडपंपों की सूची तैयार कर कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत की जाए। रिपोर्टिंग में लापरवाही बरतने वाले अधिकारियों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की चेतावनी भी दी गई।

साथ ही रविवार को सभी अभियंताओं को अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों का फिजिकल निरीक्षण कर, जल स्रोतों की स्थिति का जायजा लेने को कहा गया।

स्थानीय समन्वय पर भी बल

गांवों में जल संकट की स्थिति में संबंधित मुखिया और जलसहिया के साथ समन्वय बनाकर समस्या का त्वरित समाधान करने का निर्देश दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि गर्मी के मौसम में कार्यों में गति लाना अत्यंत आवश्यक है।

टोल फ्री नंबर पर शिकायतों के निपटारे का निर्देश

बैठक में यह भी सुनिश्चित किया गया कि जल जीवन मिशन के तहत पूर्ण योजनाओं की प्रखंडवार समीक्षा हो। उपायुक्त ने पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग द्वारा जारी टोल फ्री नंबर पर आने वाली शिकायतों का शीघ्र समाधान करने पर बल दिया।

उन्होंने कहा, “आमजन द्वारा की गई शिकायतों का समय पर समाधान नहीं करने पर जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई होगी।”

समीक्षात्मक बैठक में कार्यपालक अभियंता, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग के अन्य अधिकारी तथा कार्यालय के कर्मचारीगण उपस्थित रहे।
