गुमला में शिक्षा व्यवस्था सुधार पर जोर, उपायुक्त ने की समीक्षात्मक बैठक

गुमला | 26 अप्रैल 2025 — गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने शुक्रवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों और अभियंताओं के साथ बैठक कर जिले में संचालित शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों की गहन समीक्षा की। बैठक में शिक्षा व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश जारी किए गए।

बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य क्या था?

जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी (DEO), जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक (DSE), झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना से जुड़े एडीपीओ, एपीओ, फील्ड मैनेजर और अभियंताओं की उपस्थिति में उपायुक्त ने शिक्षा क्षेत्र में गुणवत्ता सुधार के लिए ठोस कदम उठाने पर बल दिया।

उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि ‘सिक्छा कर भेंट’ कार्यक्रम के तहत जिले में नवाचार और उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले शिक्षकों को हर सप्ताह प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया जाएगा, जिससे शिक्षकों का मनोबल बढ़े और वे बेहतर कार्य के लिए प्रेरित हों।

प्रेरणा से परिवर्तन की ओर: चयनित शिक्षक

“प्रेरणा से परिवर्तन की ओर यात्रा” परियोजना के तहत चयनित प्रेरक शिक्षकों के नाम इस प्रकार हैं:

• ज्वाला प्रसाद गुप्ता – रा. मध्य विद्यालय अमलिया, भरनो

• बबीता साहू – रा. प्रा. विद्यालय टाटी साहूटोली, कामडारा

• शशिकांत साहू – रा. उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय, सरुडा, बसिया

इन शिक्षकों को विशेष रूप से सम्मानित किया जाएगा।

नए सत्र के लिए योजनाएं और निर्देश

उपायुक्त ने सभी कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय, झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय और नेताजी सुभाषचंद्र बोस आवासीय विद्यालयों में नामांकन प्रक्रिया को शीघ्र पूरा करने और 1 मई से कक्षाएं सुचारू रूप से प्रारंभ करने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि नए शैक्षणिक सत्र की शुरुआत में ही छात्रों को नि:शुल्क पाठ्यपुस्तकें और स्कूल बैग उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

असैनिक निर्माण कार्यों पर सख्ती

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने असैनिक निर्माण कार्यों में लापरवाही बरतने वाले संवेदकों पर नाराजगी जताते हुए उनके खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि जनजातीय बच्चों की शिक्षा व्यवस्था से किसी भी तरह का खिलवाड़ बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।

नवाचार व उत्कृष्टता पर जोर

उपायुक्त ने शिक्षा विभाग से क्लर्कीय मानसिकता से बाहर आकर नवाचारी कार्यों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने का आग्रह किया। उन्होंने प्रत्येक विद्यालय में लर्निंग कार्नर, स्मार्ट क्लास, साइंस लैब, आईसीटी लैब, स्टेम लैब को कार्यशील बनाने और इनके संचालन के लिए SOP तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए।

बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य की भी व्यवस्था

सभी आवासीय विद्यालयों में बच्चों के हेल्थ कार्ड बनाए जाने और मासिक स्वास्थ्य जांच सुनिश्चित कराने का निर्देश भी दिया गया।

नामांकन अभियान और सामुदायिक भागीदारी

‘स्कूल चलें हम‘ अभियान के तहत स्कूल से बाहर रहे बच्चों का अनिवार्य नामांकन गैर-सरकारी संगठनों के सहयोग से पूरा करने की बात कही गई। उच्च विद्यालयों में विकास मद की राशि का प्रभावी उपयोग सुनिश्चित करने पर भी जोर दिया गया।
