उपविकास आयुक्त गुमला द्वारा सदर अस्पताल का निरीक्षण, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में सुधार को लेकर दिए आवश्यक निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपविकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो द्वारा आज सदर अस्पताल, गुमला का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया। इस दौरान उन्होंने विभिन्न वार्डों, प्रयोगशाला, एमटीसी तथा ओपीडी क्षेत्र का विस्तृत भ्रमण कर अस्पताल प्रबंधन एवं स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की वास्तविक स्थिति की जानकारी ली।

उपविकास आयुक्त ने अस्पताल परिसर, विशेषकर सभी वार्डों एवं शौचालयों की स्वच्छता पर असंतोष जताते हुए निर्देशित किया कि सफाई की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग की जाए तथा शौचालयों की विशेष सफाई दिन में कई बार सुनिश्चित की जाए।

ICU वार्ड का निरीक्षण करते हुए उपविकास आयुक्त ने सभी उपकरणों की कार्यशील स्थिति की जानकारी प्राप्त की। इस दौरान उपाधीक्षक द्वारा बताया गया कि ICU के सभी बेड वर्तमान में मरीजों से पूर्ण रूप से भरे हुए हैं।

उपविकास आयुक्त ने MTC (माल न्यूट्रिशन ट्रीटमेंट सेंटर) वार्ड में भर्ती 11 बच्चों की माताओं से बातचीत कर उन्हें मिल रही स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता और नियमित देखभाल की जानकारी ली।

अस्पताल की प्रयोगशाला का अवलोकन करते हुए Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer समेत अन्य जांच उपकरणों की जानकारी ली गई। उपाधीक्षक द्वारा बताया गया कि वर्तमान में लगभग 80 प्रकार की जांचें अस्पताल प्रयोगशाला में की जा रही हैं।

ओपीडी क्षेत्र में उपचाररत मरीजों से बातचीत कर उपविकास आयुक्त ने उपलब्ध चिकित्सकीय सेवाओं की समीक्षा की। इस दौरान NRP विभाग के अधिकारीगण द्वारा प्रतीक्षालय क्षेत्र का माप लिए जाने की प्रक्रिया चल रही थी, जिनसे उपविकास आयुक्त ने आवश्यक बिंदुओं पर संवाद किया।

उपविकास आयुक्त ने एम्बुलेंस खड़ी होने वाले क्षेत्र में बारिश के पानी के जमाव पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए तत्काल जलनिकासी व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने हेतु मरम्मत कार्य प्रारंभ करने का निर्देश दिया।

निरीक्षण के अंत में उपविकास आयुक्त ने अस्पताल प्रशासन को यह सुनिश्चित करने को कहा कि जनमानस को गुणवत्तापूर्ण, सुलभ एवं स्वच्छ स्वास्थ्य सेवा मिले, इसके लिए सभी संबंधित विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करें।
