गुमला में प्रसवपूर्व देखभाल की गुणवत्ता बढ़ाने हेतु कार्यशाला आयोजित, स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को मिला मार्गदर्शन

गुमला | मातृ एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता में सुधार के उद्देश्य से गुमला जिला स्वास्थ्य समिति द्वारा आज एक स्थानीय होटल में एकदिवसीय कार्यशाला आयोजित की गई। इस कार्यक्रम में “सलाह एवं सहयोगी पर्यवेक्षण” को केंद्र में रखते हुए चाइल्ड इन्वेस्टमेंट फंड फाउंडेशन के सहयोग से जपाईगो और जिला स्वास्थ्य समिति ने संयुक्त रूप से इस पहल को अंजाम दिया।

कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य और नेतृत्व

कार्यशाला की अध्यक्षता जिला आरसीएच पदाधिकारी डॉ. सुनील राम ने की। उद्घाटन करते हुए डीपीएम जया रेशमा खाखा ने बताया कि प्रसवपूर्व देखभाल सेवाओं को मजबूत बनाने के लिए नियमित सलाह एवं सहयोगी पर्यवेक्षण बेहद जरूरी है। इससे सेवा प्रदाताओं की दक्षता, दस्तावेजीकरण की स्थिति और सेवाओं की उपलब्धता का मूल्यांकन संभव होता है।

प्रतिभागियों की सहभागिता और संस्था प्रतिनिधि

इस कार्यशाला में सभी सीएचसी के मेंटर सीएचओ, कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक, प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी सहित यूनिसेफ, पिरामल फाउंडेशन, अजीम प्रेमजी फाउंडेशन, टाटा स्टील फाउंडेशन और एकजुट जैसी साझेदार संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया। इसके अलावा जिला स्वास्थ्य समिति, गुमला के विभिन्न पदाधिकारी जैसे डीपीएम, डीएएम, डीपीसी, आयुष्मान डीपीसी और क्वालिटी एश्योरेंस प्रभारी भी उपस्थित रहे।

सभी प्रतिभागियों के लिए मासिक सलाह एवं सहयोगी पर्यवेक्षण लक्ष्य निर्धारित किए गए, जिससे क्षेत्रीय स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों पर प्रभावी निगरानी सुनिश्चित हो सके।

प्रशिक्षण सत्र

प्रशिक्षण का संचालन जपाईगो जयपुर से कपिल देव शर्मा, रांची से कुलभूषण सिंह, तथा गुमला से दीपिका बाद और राजेश कुमार ने किया। उन्होंने प्रतिभागियों को पर्यवेक्षण तकनीकों, फील्ड विज़िट की रणनीतियों और कार्य कुशलता बढ़ाने के उपायों पर विस्तृत प्रशिक्षण दिया।

निष्कर्ष

गुमला में आयोजित यह कार्यशाला स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रणाली को बेहतर बनाने की दिशा में एक सार्थक प्रयास के रूप में सामने आई है। सहभागियों ने इस पहल को उपयोगी बताते हुए इसकी निरंतरता और नियमित मूल्यांकन की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया।
