गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित हुए साप्ताहिक ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम में बसिया एवं सिसई प्रखंड के नागरिकों ने ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जुड़कर अपनी समस्याओं को बताया।
कार्यक्रम में बसिया एवं सिसई प्रखंड से लगभग 20 आवेदकों ने अपनी समस्याओं का विवरण दिया। इन समस्याओं में आपदा प्रबंधन से मुआवजा राशि,जलमीनार की समस्या, पेयजल समस्या, ट्रांसफार्मर खराब, सड़क निर्माण,पेंशन,जन्म प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत नहीं किया गया एवं अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित मुद्दे शामिल थे। उप विकास आयुक्त ने सभी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक समस्याओं का ऑन द स्पॉट समाधान किए जाने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।
इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से पेयजल की समस्या के सम्बन्ध में कई नागरिकों ने VC के माध्यम से समस्याओं को रखा। ग्रामीणों की इन समस्या को सुन उपायुक्त गुमला द्वारा पेयजल की समस्या को यथाशीघ्र दूर करने का निर्देश दिया गया। इसके अलावा भी कई समस्याओं का समाधान प्रखंड स्तरों पर संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी के माध्यम से ऑन द स्पॉट किया गया।
नागरिकों द्वारा उठाए गए मुद्दों में सड़क निर्माण, पेंशन योजना, राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने, जलमीनार मरम्मती, आवास संबंधित सहित अन्य समस्याएं थी।
उपायुक्त गुमला ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को सभी समस्याओं के त्वरित और प्रभावी निष्पादन के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन आम जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने स्थानीय रूप से जिन समस्याओं का समाधान किया जा सकता है उसका त्वरित निष्पादन करने का निर्देश दिया।
जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन प्रत्येक शनिवार को पूर्वाह्न 10:30 बजे से आयोजित की जाती है। जिले के समस्त नागरिक अपने नजदीकी प्रखंड कार्यालय में जाकर ई -जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के कार्यक्रम में शामिल होकर अपनी समस्याओं को ऑनलाइन माध्यम से उपायुक्त गुमला से साझा कर सकते हैं।
