“विश्वविद्यालय आपका है, हमारे द्वार आपके लिए खुले हैं”: विभावि कुलपति ने सेवानिवृत्त शिक्षकों से की आत्मीय भेंट

विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में मंगलवार को एक विशेष गोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें कुलपति प्रोफेसर चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने विश्वविद्यालय से सेवानिवृत्त शिक्षकों के साथ संवाद स्थापित करते हुए उन्हें सम्मानित किया। यह संवाद सत्र विश्वविद्यालय के अतिथि भवन में दोपहर 1:30 बजे शुरू हुआ, जहां कुलपति ने शिक्षकों को आश्वासन दिया कि वे विश्वविद्यालय परिवार का अभिन्न हिस्सा हैं और उनके सुझावों और शिकायतों के लिए दरवाज़े हमेशा खुले रहेंगे।

सेवानिवृत्त शिक्षकों के साथ आत्मीय संवाद

इस गोष्ठी में कुल 148 सेवानिवृत्त शिक्षकों ने हिस्सा लिया। कुलपति ने अपने संबोधन में कहा, “विश्वविद्यालय आपका ही है और आपके अनुभव हमारे लिए अमूल्य हैं। आपके मार्गदर्शन से संस्था और अधिक सशक्त होगी।”
कार्यक्रम के आरंभ में उन्होंने सभी शिक्षकों को पहले भोजन करने का आग्रह किया और इस विचार के लिए शिक्षकों ने कुलपति की सराहना करते हुए धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया।

सम्मान और सौहार्द का दृश्य

इस अवसर पर शिक्षकों द्वारा कुलपति प्रो. चंद्र भूषण शर्मा और विश्वविद्यालय के वित्त सलाहकार श्री अखिलेश शर्मा को माला पहनाकर सम्मानित किया गया।
डॉ ई एन सिद्दीकी, प्रो. जमुना प्रसाद, प्रो. अनवर मलिक, प्रो. रामप्रिय प्रसाद और प्रो. परमानंद महतो सहित कई वरिष्ठ शिक्षकों ने पुष्पगुच्छ, शॉल और स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट कर अपनी आत्मीयता व्यक्त की।

महत्वपूर्ण सुझावों पर ध्यान केंद्रित

सेवानिवृत्त शिक्षक संघ के सचिव डॉ शुभ नारायण सिंह ने कुलपति से कई जरूरी मांगें रखीं, जिनमें निम्नलिखित बिंदु शामिल थे:

• पेंशन का भुगतान हर महीने की पहली तारीख को सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
• राज्य सरकार की स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना का लाभ सेवानिवृत्त शिक्षकों और कर्मचारियों को भी मिले।
• सेवानिवृत्ति से 6 माह पूर्व सभी कागजी प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाए ताकि समय पर पीएफ, एलआईसी, लीव एनकैशमेंट और ग्रेच्युटी का भुगतान संभव हो सके।
• डीए में बढ़ोतरी या बकाया भुगतान की स्थिति की जानकारी शिक्षक को तुरंत दी जाए।
• विश्वविद्यालय में ऑनलाइन लाइफ सर्टिफिकेट की सुविधा शुरू की जाए और आयकर विवरण व्हाट्सएप के माध्यम से साझा किया जाए।
• पदोन्नति लंबित मामलों का त्वरित निपटारा किया जाए और 80 वर्ष की आयु पर स्वतः 20% पेंशन वृद्धि सुनिश्चित की जाए।

उन्होंने आश्वासन दिया कि सेवानिवृत्त शिक्षक विश्वविद्यालय को शिक्षण एवं परामर्श में हरसंभव सहयोग देने को सदैव तत्पर रहेंगे।

उपस्थित गणमान्य शिक्षक

कार्यक्रम में डॉ के पी शर्मा, डॉ गोविंद पांडेय, डॉ एस बी चौधरी, डॉ मंजुला संगा, डॉ प्रकाश कुमार, डॉ मार्गरेट लकड़ा, डॉ टी राय, डॉ अजराया हंस, डॉ उषा सिंह, डॉ प्रदीप कुमार सिंह, डॉ अरुण कुमार सहित अनेक वरिष्ठ शिक्षकों की उपस्थिति ने आयोजन को गरिमा प्रदान की।

विश्वविद्यालय के कुलानुशासक प्रो. मिथिलेश कुमार सिंह भी इस अवसर पर मौजूद रहे।

ऐतिहासिक पहल

यह पहला अवसर था जब किसी नवनियुक्त कुलपति ने प्राथमिकता के आधार पर सेवानिवृत्त शिक्षकों से संवाद स्थापित करने की पहल की। इस गोष्ठी को न केवल एक सामाजिक-सांस्कृतिक संवाद के रूप में देखा गया, बल्कि यह विश्वविद्यालय और पूर्व शिक्षकों के बीच सशक्त जुड़ाव की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम भी सिद्ध हुआ।
