गिरिडीह डीसी ने समाज कल्याण विभाग की मासिक समीक्षा बैठक में कहा- आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों में पोषाहार की आपूर्ति रूके नहीं व सभी लाभुकों को स-समय पोषाहार मिले

गिरिडीह : समाहरणालय सभागार में उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव ने बुधवार को समाज कल्याण विभाग की मासिक समीक्षात्मक बैठक में सभी निर्माणाधीन आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में विद्युतीकरण कार्य और पेयजल-शौचालय आदि कार्यों को गति के साथ पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया।

डीसी ने कहा कि जिन प्रखंडों में आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों का निर्माण कार्य अधूरे हैं या किसी समस्या के कारण लंबित है, उसे यथाशीघ्र भवन निर्माण विभाग से आपसी समन्वय स्थापित कर निर्माण कार्य में आ रही दिक्कतों का त्वरित निराकरण करें। डीसी ने कहा कि बाल विकास परियोजना पदाधिकारी आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों के निर्माण कार्य का स्थल निरीक्षण कर आवश्यक सुविधाओं का जायजा लें और गुणवत्ता पूर्ण कार्यों को प्राथमिकता दें और तय समय पर निर्माण कार्य को पूरा कराएं।

इसके अलावा डीसी ने समाज कल्याण विभाग अंतर्गत संचालित विभिन्न विकासात्मक योजनाओं जैसे पोषाहार वितरण, सावित्रीबाई फुले, किशोरी समृद्धि योजना, कन्यादान योजना, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में पेयजल, विद्युत व शौचालय आदि मूलभूत सुविधाओं, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों के माध्यम से गर्भवती महिलाओं/धात्री महिलाओं एवं नवजात बच्चों को दी जानेवाली पोषाहार की जानकारी ली गई एवं पोषाहार को सुनियोजित तरीके से वितरण करने के लिए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया गया।

‘पोषाहार सामग्रियां आंगनबाड़ी के माध्यम से लाभुकों के बीच वितरण करना सुनिश्चित करें’

डीसी ने सभी बाल विकास परियोजना पदाधिकारी और महिला पर्यवेक्षिका को निदेशित किया गया कि आपसी समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए सुनियोजित तरीके से पोषाहार सामग्रियों की पैकेजिंग कर आंगनबाड़ी के माध्यम से लाभुकों के बीच वितरण करना सुनिश्चित करें। साथ ही इससे संबंधित रिपोर्ट/प्रगति प्रतिवेदन भेजना निश्चित रूप से सुनिश्चित करें।

डीसी ने आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्र के सेविका-सहायिका के चयन प्रक्रिया की जानकारी लेते हुए कहा कि प्रखण्ड स्तर पर आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्र के लाभुकों का आधार इनरॉलमेन्ट कराकर उसे आधार से जोड़ने के कार्य में प्रगति लायी जाय एवं जिन प्रखण्डों में लाभुकों के आधार इनरॉलमेन्ट की संख्या कम है, वहां इसमें वृद्धि की जाय। इसके अतिरिक्त डीसी ने समाज कल्याण में अन्य रिक्त पदों को शीघ्र भरने के लिए आवश्यक निर्देश दिया।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त स्मृता कुमारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, कार्यपालक अभियंता, भवन निर्माण विभाग, विद्युत विभाग, सभी बाल विकास परियोजना पदाधिकारी, समाज कल्याण विभाग के अधिकारी व कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
