उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की जिला स्तरीय समीक्षात्मक बैठक संपन्न

गुमला – : गुमला स्वास्थ्य विभाग की जिला स्तरीय समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय के सभाकक्ष में संपन्न की गई। जिला स्तरीय स्वास्थ्य विभाग की इस समीक्षात्मक बैठक में विभाग से संबंधित एक साथ कई योजनाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए गए। स्वास्थ्य विभाग के समीक्षा के दौरान जिले एवं प्रखंड के विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य केंन्द्रो पर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं, चिकित्सकों की उपलब्धता की अद्यतन स्थिति से अवगत होते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए गए। आयुष्मान कार्ड योजना, आभा कार्ड निर्माण आदि विषयों पर भी चर्चा की गई। विभिन्न प्रखंडों में स्वास्थ्य उप केंन्द्रो का निर्माण कार्य एवं निर्माण के पश्चात नवनिर्मित भवनों को हस्तगत कराने की प्रक्रिया की अद्यतन स्थिति की समीक्षा की गई तथा कार्य में तेजी लाने का निर्देश दिया गया। नीति आयोग के विभिन्न इंडिकेटरों की समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए गए। इसके तहत एएनसी रजिस्ट्रेशन, संस्थागत प्रसव, child full immunization, फैमिली प्लैनिंग, ई-संजीवनी (टेलीमेडिसिन) की समीक्षा कर अद्यतन स्थिति से अवगत होने का कार्य किया गया।

उक्त बैठक में स्वास्थ्य विभाग अंतर्गत संचालित अन्य गतिविधियों जैसे कि डिस्ट्रिक्ट प्रोग्राम इम्प्लीमेंटशन कमिटी, डिस्ट्रिक्ट TB फोरम, डिस्ट्रिक्ट TB कोर्बीडिटी कोऑर्डिनेशन कमिटी, डिस्ट्रिक्ट टास्क फोर्स ऑफ़ TB, एक्टिव केस finding फॉर TB, प्रपोजल फॉर TB फ्री पंचायत, डिस्ट्रिक्ट ग्रिवांस रेडरेसेल कमिटी (DGRC), हॉस्पिटल मेंटेनेंस एवं अबुवा स्वास्थ्य योजना आदि के अद्यतन प्रतिवेदन की समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश निर्गत किए गए।

उक्त बैठक में उपायुक्त गुमला ने जिले में सिक्कल सेल जांच तेज करने की बात कही। उन्होंने कहा कि अबतक कितने लोगों का सिक्कल सेल जांच पूर्ण हो चुका। इसकी विवरणी तैयार करें। साथ ही जिले के बाकी लोगों,जिन्होंने अबतक सिक्कल सेल का जांच नहीं करवाया है,वह लोग शीघ्र अपने नजदीकी जांच केंद्र में जाकर सिक्कल सेल जांच करवाएं।

बैठक में उपायुक्त गुमला ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग अंतर्गत विभिन्न अन्य कार्यो की भी समीक्षा की। इनमें मुख्य रूप से एचएमआईएस पोर्टल, एएनसी रजिस्ट्रेशन, गर्भवती महिलाओं की संख्या, संस्थागत प्रसव, आकांक्षी जिला अंतर्गत विभिन्न इंडिकेटर, एएनसी चेकअप, चाइल्ड इम्यूनाइजेशन, फैमिली प्लानिंग, प्रधानमंत्री टीबी मुक्त भारत, अनीमिया से बचाव, मिशन इंद्रधनुष, यू विन पोर्टल, चिकित्सकों की उपस्थिति, एम्बुलेंस की उपलब्धता समेत स्वास्थ्य विभाग की अन्य भूमिकाओं और जिम्मेदारियों पर गहन समीक्षा कर उपायुक्त गुमला ने कई आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए।

गुमला सदर अस्पताल की सुविधाओं को और बेहतर बनाने की दिशा में स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा एक विशेष पहल की गई थी। इस पहल के तहत स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने गूगल शीट के जरिए गुमला जिले के नागरिकों से राय एवं सुझाव आमंत्रित किए गए थे। प्राप्त सुझावों में से 5 व्यक्तियों के सुझावों को चयनित किया गया था। आज उन सभी 5 व्यक्तियों (अभिषेक कुमार सिंह,रायडीह,शेखर कुमार गुप्ता,पालकोट रोड,दीपक साहू, गुमला, गुलाम सरवर, टोटो, अनूप राज,सिसई) को गुमला सदर अस्पताल की सुविधाओं को और बेहतर बनाने हेतु दिए गए सुझावों हेतु आज उपायुक्त गुमला द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया।

इस बैठक में सिविल सर्जन एवं संबंधित विभाग के चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी समेत चिकित्सा
विभाग के अन्य कर्मी व पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
