गुमला भाजपा ने सौंपा ज्ञापन, अवैध पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों की पहचान व निर्वासन की मांग

गुमला, 6 मई 2025 — जम्मू-कश्मीर के पहलगाम में हाल ही में हुए आतंकवादी हमले में 26 निर्दोष लोगों की हत्या के बाद देशभर में सुरक्षा को लेकर चिंता गहराने लगी है। इसी कड़ी में भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) गुमला जिला इकाई ने सोमवार को जिला अध्यक्ष विनय कुमार लाल के नेतृत्व में गुमला उपायुक्त को ज्ञापन सौंपा। ज्ञापन के माध्यम से जिले में रह रहे अवैध पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों की पहचान कर उन्हें भारत से तत्काल बाहर निकालने की मांग की गई।

विनय लाल ने कहा कि, “22 अप्रैल को पहलगाम में हुई इस जघन्य घटना ने पूरे राष्ट्र को हिला कर रख दिया है। अब यह आवश्यक हो गया है कि देश में रह रहे विदेशी नागरिकों, विशेष रूप से पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों की पूरी तरह से जांच हो।” उन्होंने बताया कि केंद्र सरकार पहले ही पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों के वीजा रद्द करने की दिशा में कदम उठा चुकी है और निर्वासन की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ कर दी गई है।

पूर्व राज्यसभा सांसद समीर उरांव ने बताया कि भारत सरकार के गृह मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी आदेश संख्या 25022/28/2025 एफ.आई., दिनांक 25 अप्रैल 2025 के तहत विदेशी अधिनियम 1946 की धारा 3(1) में निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों की वीजा सेवाएं निलंबित कर दी गई हैं। उन्होंने ज़ोर दिया कि “गुमला जिले सहित झारखंड के अन्य हिस्सों में जो भी पाकिस्तानी नागरिक बिना वैध वीजा अथवा दस्तावेजों के रह रहे हैं या जिनकी वीजा अवधि समाप्त हो चुकी है, उन्हें चिन्हित कर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए।”

ज्ञापन में यह भी कहा गया कि देश की सुरक्षा के लिए यह मुद्दा अत्यंत संवेदनशील है और किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही राष्ट्रीय हित के विरुद्ध होगी।

इस अवसर पर भाजपा के कई पदाधिकारी और कार्यकर्ता मौजूद रहे जिनमें पूर्व विधायक मुनेश्वर साहू, सबिन्द्र कुमार सिंह, निर्मल गोयल, भाजयुमो जिला अध्यक्ष संदीप कुमार, चेंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स अध्यक्ष राजेश सिंह, तथा अन्य सक्रिय नेता जैसे सुरेश सिंह, अशोक कुमार, भोला चौधरी, हरमीत सिंह, पायल तिवारी, गौरी किंडो, बबलू वर्मा, विकास कुमार सिंह आदि शामिल थे।
