नीति आयोग की समीक्षा बैठक में चमका गुमला मॉडल, संयुक्त सचिव अमित सतीजा ने की प्रशंसा

गुमला, 6 मई 2025 — गुमला के दो दिवसीय दौरे पर पहुंचे रक्षा मंत्रालय के संयुक्त सचिव एवं केंद्रीय प्रभारी अधिकारी (MoD, GOI) अमित सतीजा की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को नीति आयोग के आकांक्षी जिला कार्यक्रम की समीक्षा बैठक समाहरणालय सभागार में संपन्न हुई। बैठक में जिले के समग्र विकास कार्यों की गहन समीक्षा की गई और संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक की शुरुआत PD ITDA रीना हांसदा द्वारा स्वागत भाषण से हुई, जिसके बाद नीति आयोग के अंतर्गत संचालित एडीपी (ADP) – एबीपी (ABP) कार्यक्रम के सभी संकेतकों की प्रस्तुति दी गई। समीक्षा के दौरान स्वास्थ्य, पोषण, शिक्षा, कृषि, आधारभूत संरचना, पेयजल, वित्तीय समावेशन सहित अन्य प्राथमिक क्षेत्रों में जिले की प्रगति पर विस्तृत चर्चा हुई।

संयुक्त सचिव सतीजा ने कम प्रदर्शन वाले 39 संकेतकों की गहराई से समीक्षा की और अधिकारियों से योजनाओं की प्रभावशीलता बढ़ाने एवं डेटा अपडेट की नियमितता सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि “डाटा का सटीक और समयबद्ध संकलन ही नीतिगत निर्णयों की गुणवत्ता तय करता है।”

कृषि क्षेत्र की समीक्षा करते हुए उन्होंने गुमला में मड़ुआ, मक्का, फल एवं सब्जियों के साथ-साथ फूलों की खेती की संभावनाओं को रेखांकित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि “गुमला की उपजाऊ मिट्टी और जलवायु को देखते हुए बागवानी और फूलों की खेती के क्षेत्र में भी इसे अग्रणी बनाया जा सकता है।”

ग्राम पंचायतों में इंटरनेट सुविधा, मुद्रा ऋण वितरण, और आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में आधारभूत ढांचे को लेकर भी विशेष रूप से चर्चा की गई। उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में इंटरनेट की निरंतर उपलब्धता विकास के लिए आवश्यक है, वहीं सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ वास्तविक लाभार्थियों तक पहुंचे, यह सुनिश्चित करना अधिकारियों की प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए।

बैठक में आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी में बांस उत्पाद, प्रोजेक्ट आशा, किशोरी, रागी मिशन, और सोलर ऊर्जा से ग्रामीण विद्युतीकरण जैसे नवाचारों की भी जानकारी साझा की गई। उन्होंने पीवीटीजी समुदाय द्वारा निर्मित बांस उत्पादों की सराहना करते हुए इन्हें ग्रामीण उद्यमिता का उदाहरण बताया।

अमित सतीजा ने कहा, “गुमला आकांक्षी जिला कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत कई क्षेत्रों में उल्लेखनीय कार्य कर रहा है। इसका श्रेय प्रशासनिक नेतृत्व को जाता है। उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की पहल और टीम की मेहनत साफ दिखती है।” उन्होंने आगे कहा कि “विकास कार्यों के साथ-साथ पर्यावरण संरक्षण और वृक्षारोपण को भी समान महत्व दिया जाना चाहिए।”

बैठक में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी, उप विकास आयुक्त, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, शिक्षा, कृषि, पशुपालन, पेयजल, ग्रामीण कार्य, कौशल विकास, LDM, पिरामल फाउंडेशन टीम समेत विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
