गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी द्वारा क्षेत्रीय भ्रमण के क्रम में कामडारा प्रखंड अंतर्गत रामतोलिया पंचायत स्थित सोमेर गांव का दौरा किया गया , इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त गुमला ने गांव में हुए कृषि एवं अन्य विकासात्मक कार्यों का निरीक्षण किया एवं ग्रामीणों से संवाद कर क्षेत्र की वर्तमान स्थिति की जानकारी प्राप्त की।
गांव भ्रमण के दौरान ग्रामीण महिलाओं ने उपायुक्त गुमला को बताया कि पूर्व में यह क्षेत्र पूरी तरह से बंजर था और यहां किसी प्रकार की कृषि नहीं होती थी। परंतु जिला प्रशासन एवं विभिन्न सहयोगी संस्थाओं विशेषकर JSLPS और प्रदान संस्था के संयुक्त प्रयासों से आज गांव की तस्वीर बदल गई है। महिलाएं अब सक्रिय रूप से कृषि कार्यों में भागीदारी कर रही हैं तथा उन्होंने उपायुक्त गुमला को सामाजिक, जल संसाधन इत्यादि से संबंधित विभिन्न विकासात्मक मानचित्र भी प्रस्तुत किए।
ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि पहले संस्था के लोगों से संवाद में संकोच होता था, लेकिन निरंतर प्रयास एवं विश्वास निर्माण के कारण अब वे आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर अग्रसर हैं , वर्तमान में गांव में बंजर भूमि का उपयोग कर आम बागवानी, रागी, धान, तरबूज आदि की खेती की जा रही है , लगभग 7.5 एकड़ बंजर भूमि पर 14 लाभुकों के माध्यम से आम बागवानी का कार्य संचालित है।
इसके अतिरिक्त ग्रामीणों ने जानकारी दी कि गांव में अब तक 70 से अधिक सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्राप्त किया गया है , उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने आम बागवानी स्थल सहित अन्य कृषि क्षेत्रों का भी दौरा किया एवं ग्रामीणों को हर संभव प्रशासनिक सहयोग का आश्वासन दिया।
इस दौरान ग्रामीणों ने सड़क, पानी एवं बिजली से संबंधित समस्याओं को भी उपायुक्त गुमला के समक्ष रखा, जिस पर उपायुक्त ने त्वरित संज्ञान लेते हुए , संबंधित विभागों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। ग्रामीणों ने जिला प्रशासन के सहयोग हेतु आभार प्रकट किया।
इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से एसडीओ बसिया, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी कामडारा, अंचल अधिकारी कामडारा सहित अन्य सम्बंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहें।
