गुमला में सिकल सेल एनीमिया की जांच अभियान ने पार किया 7.10 लाख का आंकड़ा, 370 मरीजों की पुष्टि

गुमला, 9 मई 2025 — सिकल सेल एनीमिया की पहचान और रोकथाम को लेकर गुमला जिले में चलाया जा रहा विशेष स्वास्थ्य अभियान लगातार प्रगति पर है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, 8,51,054 लोगों के लक्ष्य में से अब तक 7,10,339 लोगों की जांच पूरी कर ली गई है।

जांच के अब तक के परिणाम इस प्रकार हैं:

• 370 लोग सिकल सेल रोग से ग्रसित पाए गए हैं।
• 1,752 लोगों में ट्रेट (वाहक) स्थिति की पहचान हुई है।
• 1,719 मामलों में जांच अपुष्ट रही, जिन्हें पुनः परीक्षण की आवश्यकता है।

जिले के स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने आम नागरिकों से आग्रह किया है कि जिनकी अब तक जांच नहीं हुई है, वे अपने नजदीकी प्राथमिक या सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र जाकर नि:शुल्क जांच जरूर करवाएं। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि यह एक जरूरी कदम है जिससे गंभीर स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं से समय रहते बचाव किया जा सकता है।

सिकल सेल एनीमिया एक आनुवंशिक रक्त विकार है, जो विशेषकर आदिवासी और जनजातीय समुदायों में अधिक देखा जाता है। समय पर पहचान न होने की स्थिति में यह बीमारी गंभीर जटिलताओं का रूप ले सकती है।

जिला प्रशासन ने बताया कि शेष लोगों की जांच जल्द ही पूरी की जाएगी और अपुष्ट मामलों को दोबारा जांच के लिए चिन्हित किया जा रहा है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग इस दिशा में न केवल परीक्षण बल्कि जागरूकता अभियान भी चला रहा है ताकि अधिक से अधिक लोग इस रोग के बारे में जान सकें और समय रहते उपचार प्राप्त कर सकें।
