गुमला: क्रेशर संचालकों से खुलेआम लेवी मांग रहा कथित उग्रवादी, पवन लकड़ा नाम से कर रहा संपर्क, दहशत का माहौल

गुमला— झारखंड के गुमला जिले के घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र में इन दिनों क्रेशर कारोबारियों के बीच भारी दहशत का माहौल है। वजह है — एक व्यक्ति जो खुद को पवन लकड़ा बताता है, लगातार मोबाइल फोन के ज़रिये क्रेशर संचालकों से लेवी (अवैध टैक्स) की मांग कर रहा है।

जानकारी के अनुसार, यह गतिविधि 3 मई 2025 से जारी है और प्रतिदिन तीन से चार बार अलग-अलग मोबाइल नंबरों से कॉल करके अवैध वसूली की मांग की जा रही है। कॉल करने वाला व्यक्ति खुद को जेजेएमपी (झारखंड जनमुक्ति परिषद) से जुड़ा बताता है और संगठन को मजबूत करने के नाम पर बैठक और सहयोग की पेशकश भी कर चुका है।

व्यवसायी सilent, लेकिन डर स्पष्ट
हालांकि अब तक किसी क्रेशर संचालक ने स्थानीय पुलिस या प्रशासन को लिखित शिकायत नहीं दी है, मगर आंतरिक सूत्रों के अनुसार सभी संचालक इस मसले को लेकर गंभीर हैं और आपसी संवाद कर रहे हैं। सवाल अब यह है कि आखिर कौन आगे बढ़कर इस खतरे की जानकारी पुलिस को देगा?

‘पवन लकड़ा’ नाम से हो रही पहचान
फोन करने वाला व्यक्ति बार-बार अपना नाम पवन लकड़ा बताता है और उसकी आवाज़, भाषा शैली व संवाद का तरीका हर बार एक जैसा होता है। अब तक उसने कोई निर्धारित रकम नहीं बताई है, लेकिन लगातार संपर्क से यह स्पष्ट है कि वह कारोबारियों पर मानसिक दबाव बना रहा है।

पुलिस की जानकारी से अब भी दूर
इस पूरी स्थिति के बीच पुलिस प्रशासन को कोई औपचारिक सूचना नहीं मिली है। घाघरा थाना प्रभारी या जिला पुलिस मुख्यालय को न तो कोई शिकायत मिली है और न ही किसी क्रेशर मालिक ने व्यक्तिगत रूप से संपर्क किया है।

सवालों के घेरे में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था
जिले में पूर्व में भी उग्रवादी संगठनों द्वारा लेवी वसूली की घटनाएं सामने आती रही हैं, और ऐसे में इस प्रकार की खुली धमकी प्रशासन की सक्रियता पर भी सवाल खड़े करती है।

फिलहाल, सभी निगाहें इस ओर हैं कि क्या कोई व्यवसायी पुलिस से संपर्क करेगा, या फिर यह मामला दबा रहेगा।
