गुमला — गुमला जिले के बांसडीह से काशीर तक 26 किलोमीटर लंबे सड़क निर्माण के लिए जमीन देने वाले पांच गांवों के ग्रामीणों को अब तक भूमि अधिग्रहण का मुआवजा नहीं मिला है। इससे नाराज़ ग्रामीणों ने मुरमकेला कांसीर गांव में एक संयुक्त आम सभा कर अपनी नाराजगी जताई और प्रशासन को चेतावनी दी कि यदि मुआवजा नहीं मिला तो वे सड़क पर उतरने को मजबूर होंगे।
निर्माण पूरा, मुआवजा अधूरा – ग्रामीणों की पीड़ा
बैठक में 2023-24 में हुए सड़क चौड़ीकरण के बावजूद मुआवजा न मिलने की समस्या को ग्रामीणों ने गंभीरता से उठाया। सभा में उपस्थित ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि सरकार और जिला प्रशासन ने सड़क तो बना दी, लेकिन जमीन देने वाले लोगों को अब तक कोई वित्तीय क्षतिपूर्ति नहीं दी गई। ग्रामीणों ने विधायक और सांसद पर भी मौन साधने का आरोप लगाया।
प्रशासन से शीघ्र समाधान की मांग
सभा में वक्ताओं ने कहा कि प्रशासन को ग्रामीणों की समस्या को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जल्द से जल्द मुआवजा वितरित करना चाहिए। यदि ऐसा नहीं हुआ तो ग्रामीण आंदोलन के रास्ते पर उतरेंगे और भविष्य में कोई भी व्यक्ति अपनी जमीन नहीं देगा।
बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीणों की भागीदारी
मुरमकेला कांसीर में आयोजित इस बैठक में पांच गांवों के प्रभावित लोग बड़ी संख्या में शामिल हुए। सभी ने एकमत से मांग की कि उन्हें उनकी जमीन का उचित और समय पर मुआवजा दिया जाए।
ग्रामीणों का यह भी कहना था कि सरकार विकास की बात तो करती है, लेकिन ज़मीनी स्तर पर जमीन अधिग्रहण जैसी बुनियादी समस्याओं को नजरअंदाज किया जा रहा है। ऐसे में उनकी भरोसा टूटता जा रहा है।
