हजारीबाग: शहर के पगमिल वार्ड नंबर 21 स्थित फ्रेंड्स कॉलोनी की वह लुप लाइन गली, जो सुल्तानुल हिंद मस्जिद को अल-फलाह कॉलोनी से जोड़ती है, अब अतिक्रमण मुक्त हो चुकी है। गली को नशाखोरी की घटनाओं से परेशान होकर साकिर अंसारी द्वारा घेर दिया गया था। इस पर मोहल्ले के लोगों ने उपायुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता और अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी को सामूहिक लिखित शिकायत दी थी।
प्रशासन ने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए उसी दिन त्वरित कार्रवाई की। सदर अंचल अधिकारी, सर्किल इंस्पेक्टर और लोहसिंघना थाना प्रभारी की टीम ने स्थल निरीक्षण कर पाया कि गली को अवैध रूप से बंद किया गया था। प्रशासन के निर्देश पर साकिर अंसारी ने स्वयं मजदूर बुलाकर दीवार को हटा दिया और रास्ता खोल दिया।
अगले दिन मोहल्ले में एक मैराथन बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसकी अध्यक्षता मस्जिद अध्यक्ष शफीक़ खान ने की। इस बैठक में प्रमुख रूप से समाजसेवी व झारखंड आंदोलनकारी फहिम उद्दीन अहमद उर्फ संजर मलिक मौजूद रहे। बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से यह निर्णय लिया गया कि भविष्य में रास्ते की चौड़ाई छह फीट तक रखी जाएगी और इसे सार्वजनिक उपयोग के लिए खुला रखा जाएगा। इस आशय का लिखित समझौता भी तैयार कर प्रशासन को सौंपा गया।
साकिर अंसारी ने मोहल्ले के सामने यह वादा किया कि वे अपने मकान के दक्षिणी भाग में छह फीट का खुला रास्ता देंगे और समाजहित में सदैव साथ रहेंगे। उनके इस सकारात्मक कदम का मोहल्ले के लोगों ने स्वागत किया।
इस अवसर पर मोहल्लेवासियों ने संजर मलिक को फूलों की माला पहनाकर, आतिशबाज़ी व ढोल-नगाड़ों के साथ भव्य स्वागत किया। उन्होंने कहा, “हवा, पानी और रास्ता किसी का रोका जाना सबसे बड़ा पाप है। इसका विरोध हर धर्म, कानून और समाज करता है।”
मोहल्लेवासियों ने नशाखोरी के खिलाफ अभियान चलाने और प्रशासन के सहयोग से इसे जड़ से समाप्त करने का संकल्प लिया।
इस कार्य को सफल बनाने में डीसी नैंसी सहाय, एसी संतोष सिंह, एसडीओ सदर बैजनाथ कामती, सीओ मयंक भूषण, सर्किल इंस्पेक्टर और लोहसिंघना थाना प्रभारी पुन्नू कुमार यादव की सराहनीय भूमिका रही।
उक्त मौके पर ज़याउल हक, शौकत अली खान, सैयद तबरेज अख्तर, एजाज खान, अधिवक्ता ज़फर अली खान, साबिर इकबाल, मो. परवेज़ आलम, अफज़ल अंसारी, नाजिमा खातून, यासमीन प्रवीन, इस्लामुल हक, सैफ खान, इबरार अंसारी, राशिद इकबाल सिद्दीकी सहित सैकड़ों पुरुष, महिलाएं और युवा उपस्थित रहे।
यह उदाहरण दर्शाता है कि जब समाज एकजुट होता है, तो किसी भी समस्या का समाधान संभव है।
