यह उपलब्धि न केवल साकेत की कड़ी मेहनत और लगन का परिणाम है, बल्कि पूरे गुमला जिले एवं झारखंड राज्य के लिए गर्व का विषय है। ग्रामीण पृष्ठभूमि से आने वाले साकेत की माता खेती कर अपने परिवार का भरण-पोषण करती हैं। विषम परिस्थितियों के बावजूद, साकेत ने पांच वर्षों तक महुवाडीपा प्रशिक्षण केंद्र में नियमित अभ्यास कर उत्कृष्टता हासिल की। उनकी प्रतिभा को मान्यता देते हुए वर्ष 2022 में स्पोर्ट्स अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया (SAI), रांची में उनका चयन हुआ।
