चैनपुर प्रखंड में दिनांक 13 एवं 14 मई 2025 को दो दिवसीय प्रखंड स्तरीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया

गुमला : – प्राथमिक शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार एवं शिक्षकों की क्षमता संवर्द्धन हेतु उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देशानुसार शिक्षा कर भेंट कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत चैनपुर प्रखंड में दिनांक 13 एवं 14 मई 2025 को दो दिवसीय प्रखंड स्तरीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया , यह कार्यशाला अजीम प्रेमजी फाउंडेशन के सहयोग से आयोजित की गई, जिसमें शिक्षा कर भेंट कार्यक्रम के उद्देश्य, कार्यान्वयन एवं प्रभाव पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

कार्यशाला के दौरान शिक्षकों के साथ भाषा शिक्षण को रोचक एवं प्रभावशाली बनाने हेतु कविताओं के माध्यम से भाषा सिखाने की गतिविधियाँ कराई गईं। साथ ही कक्षा-कक्ष में पढ़ने का कोना, प्रिंट समृद्ध वातावरण, पुस्तकालय के प्रभावी उपयोग और प्रेरणा सभा जैसे नवाचारों पर भी व्यापक चर्चा की गई। गणित विषय की शिक्षा को सशक्त करने के लिए तीली बंडल, गिनती माला, नंबर कार्ड, बोर्ड गेम जैसे शैक्षिक संसाधनों पर विशेष सत्र आयोजित किए गए। इस कार्यशाला में चैनपुर प्रखंड के कुल 95 शिक्षकों ने सक्रिय रूप से भाग लिया।

गौरतलब है कि उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी द्वारा शिक्षा कर भेंट कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत पूर्व में कक्षा 10 वीं एवं 12 वीं के बोर्ड परीक्षाफल को बेहतर बनाने के उद्देश्य से की गई थी, जिसके सकारात्मक परिणाम सामने आए हैं। इन्हीं अनुभवों को आधार बनाते हुए अब इस कार्यक्रम को प्राथमिक स्तर की शिक्षा तक विस्तार देते हुए ‘प्रोजेक्ट अजीत’ के तहत क्रियान्वित किया जा रहा है। इसके अंतर्गत निपुण भारत मिशन के लक्ष्यों के अनुरूप कक्षा तीन तक के विद्यार्थियों में से भाषा एवं गणित के बुनियादी अधिगम के विकास पर विशेष बल दिया जा रहा है, ताकि भविष्य में लर्निंग गैप की समस्या उत्पन्न न हो।

कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत जिले के विद्यालयों में एफएलएन आधारित शैक्षिक गतिविधियों को सघन रूप से लागू किया जा रहा है। साथ ही आकर्षक एवं शिक्षण अनुकूल कक्षा-कक्ष, रीडिंग कॉर्नर, प्रेरणा मंच जैसी पहलें चलाई जा रही हैं, जिनका उद्देश्य बच्चों में सीखने की आदत एवं प्रेरणा का विकास करना है। इन पहलों को विद्यालय, संकुल एवं प्रखंड स्तर पर क्रियान्वित किया जा रहा हैं।
