बोटोपानी गांव में पहुंचा उजाला: गुमला प्रशासन और JREDA की साझेदारी से PVTG परिवारों को मिली सौर ऊर्जा

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में विशेष रूप से कमजोर जनजातीय समूह (PVTG) और स्थानीय आदिवासी समुदायों के सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी के नेतृत्व में सतत प्रयास जारी हैं। इन्हीं प्रयासों के अंतर्गत प्रधानमंत्री जनजातीय सशक्तिकरण योजना (PM Janman ) के तहत जिले के सुदूस्थ गांवों तक बुनियादी सुविधाएं पहुंचाई जा रही हैं। इस क्रम में घाघरा प्रखंड के आदर पंचायत अंतर्गत बोटोपानी गांव में पहली बार सौर ऊर्जा के माध्यम से बिजली पहुंचाकर एक बेहतरीन कार्य किया गया है।

बोटोपानी एक ऐसा गांव है जो अब तक बिजली जैसी मूलभूत सुविधा से वंचित था। गांव के लगभग 40 परिवारों, जो विशेष रूप से कमजोर जनजातीय समुदाय से आते हैं, को अंधेरे में जीवन बिताना पड़ता था। ना तो बच्चों को रात में पढ़ाई की सुविधा थी और ना ही खेती या आजीविका के अन्य साधनों के लिए कोई आधुनिक सुविधा उपलब्ध थी। लेकिन अब यह स्थिति पूरी तरह बदल चुकी है।

गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने झारखंड अक्षय ऊर्जा विकास अभिकरण (JREDA) के सहयोग से अप्रैल 2025 में बोटोपानी में 10 किलोवाट क्षमता वाले सौर ऊर्जा संयंत्र की स्थापना कराई। इस संयंत्र में दो 5 किलोवाट के सौर पैनल शामिल हैं, जिन्हें एक सूक्ष्म ग्रिड के माध्यम से गांव के 40 घरों से जोड़ा गया है। यह परियोजना प्रधानमंत्री सूर्य घर मुफ्त बिजली योजना और पीएम जनमन योजना दोनों की प्राथमिकताओं से जुड़ी हुई है।

परियोजना की शुरुआत से पहले JREDA की टीम ने स्थल का सर्वेक्षण किया और वहां की भौगोलिक स्थिति, सूर्य की उपलब्धता और भूमि की उपयोगिता का आकलन किया। इसके बाद ग्रामीणों के साथ बैठकें आयोजित की गईं, जिसमें उन्हें सौर ऊर्जा के लाभों की जानकारी दी गई और उन्हें इस प्रक्रिया से जोड़ा गया। संयंत्र में इनवर्टर और बैटरी की सुविधा भी जोड़ी गई, जिससे रात में भी बिजली की आपूर्ति बनी रहती है। इसके अलावा इस संयंत्र की निगरानी के लिए रांची से रीयल टाइम IoT आधारित मॉनिटरिंग प्रणाली भी स्थापित की गई है। दीर्घकालिक संचालन के लिए JREDA द्वारा पांच वर्षों की व्यापक अनुरक्षण योजना भी लागू की गई है।

इस पहल का असर अब गांव की जिंदगी में साफ दिख रहा है। अब यहां के घरों में बल्ब और पंखे चल रहे हैं, जिससे जीवन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार आया है। बच्चे अब रात में आराम से पढ़ाई कर पा रहे हैं, जिससे उनकी शिक्षा में सकारात्मक बदलाव आया है। कई ग्रामीणों ने बिजली मिलने के बाद सिलाई, दुकानदारी जैसे छोटे-छोटे उद्यम शुरू किए हैं, जिससे उनके परिवार की आय बढ़ रही है। खेती के लिए सौर ऊर्जा से सिंचाई की व्यवस्था भी की गई है, जिससे वर्षा पर निर्भरता कम हो रही है और उत्पादन में वृद्धि देखी जा रही है।

पर्यावरण संरक्षण की दिशा में भी यह एक सकारात्मक कदम है। अब पारंपरिक ईंधनों जैसे कि लकड़ी और मिट्टी के तेल पर निर्भरता कम हो रही है, जिससे प्रदूषण में भी गिरावट आई है। बोटोपानी के एक निवासी ने खुशी व्यक्त करते हुए कहा, “बिजली आने के बाद हम सबकी जिंदगी बदल गई है। अब हम रोशनी में काम कर सकते हैं, बच्चे पढ़ सकते हैं और खेतों में सिंचाई भी आसान हो गई है।”
