“प्रोजेक्ट अजीत: प्रेरणा से परिवर्तन की ओर” अंतर्गत चयनित हुए प्रेरक शिक्षक

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में प्रारंभिक शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार हेतु उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी के नेतृत्व में संचालित नवाचारी पहल “प्रोजेक्ट अजीत: प्रेरणा से परिवर्तन की ओर” के अंतर्गत चल रही टीचर ऑफ द मंथ गतिविधि में इस सप्ताह तीन प्रेरक शिक्षकों का चयन किया गया है।

चयनित प्रेरक शिक्षकों में शामिल हैं:

1. कृष्णा प्रजापति, मध्य विद्यालय चम्पाटोली, बिशुनपुर

2. शबनम नामलेन लुगून, रा. प्रा. विद्यालय झिकिरमा, पालकोट

3. बाल कृष्णा, उत्क्रमित प्रा. विद्यालय पबेया, गुमला

उल्लेखनीय है कि *शिक्षा कर भेंट* कार्यक्रम के तहत जिले में चल रही इस अभिनव गतिविधि का उद्देश्य शिक्षकों के उत्कृष्ट प्रयासों को पहचान प्रदान करते हुए, उन्हें प्रोत्साहित करना है। प्रत्येक सप्ताह तीन अलग-अलग प्रखंडों से प्रेरक शिक्षकों का चयन कर उन्हें टीचर ऑफ द मंथ पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया जाता है।

झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना गुमला के तत्वावधान में संचालित इस गतिविधि की निगरानी शिक्षा कर भेंट के सहायक नोडल पदाधिकारी बीपीओ दिलदार सिंह द्वारा की जा रही है। उन्होंने जानकारी दी कि जिला स्तर पर चयनित शिक्षकों को प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान किए जा रहे हैं।

उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि प्रेरणा मंच संबंधी गतिविधियों के अंतर्गत छात्र हित में नवाचारी प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं, जिससे विद्यालयों में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन देखा जा रहा है।
