गुमला : – गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं एवं शिकायतों के त्वरित निष्पादन को प्राथमिकता देते हुए एक अहम पहल की गई है। उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देश पर अब प्रत्येक सप्ताह प्रखंड और अंचल स्तर पर जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित किया जाएगा, ताकि ग्रामीणों को जिला मुख्यालय तक अनावश्यक यात्रा करने की आवश्यकता न हो और स्थानीय स्तर पर ही उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।
यह निर्णय जिला समन्वय समिति की बैठक में लिया गया, जिसमें यह देखा गया कि बड़ी संख्या में ऐसी शिकायतें जिला जन सुनवाई दिवस में आती हैं, जो प्रखंड या अंचल स्तर पर ही हल हो सकती हैं। इससे आम नागरिकों को समय और पैसे की हानि होती है.
प्रखंडवार निर्धारित जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस इस प्रकार हैं:
गुमला प्रखंड: प्रत्येक शनिवार
रायडीह: प्रत्येक सोमवार
सिसई: प्रत्येक गुरुवार
भरनो: प्रत्येक बुधवार
पालकोट: प्रत्येक सोमवार
बसिया: प्रत्येक शनिवार
कामडारा: प्रत्येक बुधवार
चैनपुर: प्रत्येक गुरुवार
डुमरी: प्रत्येक शुक्रवार
जारी: प्रत्येक शुक्रवार
घाघरा: प्रत्येक सोमवार
विशुनपुर: प्रत्येक मंगलवार
उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया है कि प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी और अंचल अधिकारी निर्धारित दिन को अनिवार्य रूप से कार्यालय में उपस्थित रहकर जनता की समस्याओं की सुनवाई करें तथा उसका शीघ्र समाधान सुनिश्चित करें।
इसके अतिरिक्त यह भी निर्देशित किया गया है कि प्रत्येक माह कम – से – कम तीन से चार पंचायतों में जन शिकायत निवारण शिविर आयोजित किए जाएं, ताकि पंचायत स्तर तक जन संवाद और समस्या समाधान की व्यवस्था सुदृढ़ हो सके।
सभी प्रखंड और अंचल कार्यालयों को निर्देश दिया गया है कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस की सूचना अपने कार्यालय परिसर में स्पष्ट रूप से प्रदर्शित करें, ताकि आम नागरिकों को इसकी जानकारी सहजता से प्राप्त हो सके।
