गुमला, 25 मई 2025 — गुमला जिले के डुमरी प्रखंड अंतर्गत बेरी गांव के पास शनिवार को एक तेज रफ्तार और अनियंत्रित पिकअप वाहन ने बाइक को सामने से टक्कर मार दी और बाइक सवार को कई किलोमीटर तक घसीटते हुए ले गया, जिससे वह गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। हादसे के बाद पिकअप चालक मौके से फरार हो गया।
5 किलोमीटर तक बाइक को घसीटता ले गया पिकअप, सुनसान जगह पर छोड़कर भागा आरोपी
प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के अनुसार, पिकअप चालक टक्कर के बाद भी वाहन नहीं रोका। बाइक फंसी हुई थी, और घायल सवार उसके साथ लगभग 5 किलोमीटर तक घसीटता चला गया। अंततः एक सुनसान स्थान पर पहुंचकर आरोपी चालक ने पिकअप रोका, बाइक और घायल युवक को सड़क किनारे फेंक दिया और मौके से फरार हो गया।
जशपुर निवासी थे पीड़ित, निजी काम निपटाकर लौट रहे थे घर
घटना में घायल नागेश्वर साय, छत्तीसगढ़ के जशपुर जिले के मनोरा गांव का निवासी है। वह अपनी चाची सुनीता बाई के साथ मोटरसाइकिल से निजी कार्य निपटाकर अपने घर लौट रहा था। डुमरी प्रखंड के बेरी गांव के पास यह हादसा हुआ, जिसमें टक्कर लगने पर सुनीता बाई खेत में जा गिरीं, जबकि नागेश्वर बाइक सहित पिकअप में फंसकर दर्दनाक तरीके से घसीटता चला गया।
अस्पताल में इलाज जारी, पुलिस कर रही जांच
घटना के बाद स्थानीय ग्रामीणों ने डुमरी थाना पुलिस को सूचना दी। पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंचकर जांच शुरू कर दी है। फिलहाल, नागेश्वर साय और उसकी चाची सुनीता बाई का इलाज गुमला सदर अस्पताल में डॉक्टरों की निगरानी में चल रहा है। अस्पताल सूत्रों के अनुसार, नागेश्वर की हालत गंभीर बनी हुई है।
लापरवाह ड्राइविंग से सड़कें हो रही खतरनाक
यह हादसा तेज रफ्तार और लापरवाही से वाहन चलाने की गंभीरता को उजागर करता है। लगातार हो रहे ऐसे हादसे प्रशासन और परिवहन विभाग के लिए चेतावनी हैं कि समय रहते सख्त कदम न उठाए गए तो जानमाल का नुकसान बढ़ता ही जाएगा।
