गुमला में फरार अभियुक्तों पर सख्त रुख, पुलिस ने घरों पर चिपकाया इश्तिहार

गुमला, 25 मई 2025 — गुमला जिले के अल्बर्ट एक्का जारी थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत तिगड़ा गांव के पांच फरार आरोपियों के खिलाफ पुलिस ने कड़ा कदम उठाते हुए उनके घरों पर इश्तिहार चस्पा किया है। इन अभियुक्तों को कोर्ट के समक्ष निर्धारित समयसीमा के भीतर आत्मसमर्पण करने का अंतिम मौका दिया गया है। समय पर सरेंडर न करने की स्थिति में कुर्की-जब्ती की कार्रवाई की चेतावनी दी गई है।

पांच आरोपियों के खिलाफ जारी हुआ इश्तिहार, आत्मसमर्पण न करने पर होगी कुर्की

थाना प्रभारी ने जानकारी दी कि जिन अभियुक्तों के घरों पर इश्तिहार चिपकाया गया है, उनमें साके मियां (पिता- गोदोय मियां), रुकसाद (पिता- सिराजुद्दीन खान), कलुआ (पिता- मुमताज), फिरोज (पिता- सिराज उद्दीन खान) और सुल्तान (पिता- तली खान) शामिल हैं। सभी आरोपी लंबे समय से फरार चल रहे हैं और पुलिस गिरफ्त से बचते आ रहे हैं।

2023 में दर्ज हुआ था गंभीर मामला, जातिसूचक गाली और जानलेवा हमले का आरोप

यह मामला वर्ष 2023 में तिगड़ा गांव निवासी राजेंद्र भगत की ओर से अल्बर्ट एक्का जारी थाना में दर्ज कराया गया था। प्राथमिकी में आरोप लगाया गया था कि नौ लोगों ने जातिसूचक अपशब्दों का प्रयोग करते हुए जानलेवा हमला किया था। इस मामले में पुलिस ने चार अभियुक्तों को पूर्व में गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया था, जबकि शेष पांच आरोपी तब से फरार हैं।

कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद कार्रवाई, पुलिस जुटी है फरार आरोपियों की तलाश में

पुलिस का कहना है कि न्यायालय के निर्देश पर यह इश्तिहार चिपकाया गया है। यदि अभियुक्त तय समयसीमा में अदालत में आत्मसमर्पण नहीं करते हैं, तो घर की कुर्की-जब्ती की कानूनी कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी।

पुलिस द्वारा लगातार इन अभियुक्तों की तलाश जारी है, और अब इश्तिहार की सार्वजनिक सूचना के माध्यम से भी उन पर दबाव बनाया जा रहा है ताकि वे जल्द से जल्द न्याय प्रक्रिया के दायरे में आएं।
