गुमला पुलिस की बड़ी कार्रवाई: भारी मात्रा में नशीली दवाएं जब्त, एक तस्कर गिरफ्तार, दूसरा फरार

गुमला, झारखंड — गुप्त सूचना पर की गई त्वरित कार्रवाई में गुमला पुलिस ने अवैध प्रतिबंधित नशीली दवाओं के बड़े जखीरे के साथ एक तस्कर को गिरफ्तार किया है, जबकि उसका एक साथी फरार हो गया। गिरफ्तार आरोपी को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है।

यह कार्रवाई गुमला थाना क्षेत्र के अटरिया गांव में की गई, जहां से ONEX कफ सिरप की 328 बोतलें, Winspasmo Forte कैप्सूल की 2160 गोलियां और Nitrosun-10 टैबलेट की 160 टैबलेट्स बरामद की गईं।

गुप्त सूचना के बाद बना छापामारी दल

गुमला सदर थाना प्रभारी महेंद्र कुमार करमाली ने शनिवार को प्रेस वार्ता में जानकारी दी कि पुलिस अधीक्षक को एक विश्वसनीय सूचना मिली थी कि मुबारक खान और इम्पयाज खान, दोनों अटरिया गांव निवासी, अपने घरों में बड़ी मात्रा में प्रतिबंधित नशीली दवाएं स्टोर कर रहे हैं और उनकी अवैध खरीद-बिक्री में लिप्त हैं।

सूचना मिलते ही एसडीपीओ सुरेश प्रसाद यादव के नेतृत्व में एक विशेष छापामारी दल का गठन किया गया। टीम में पुलिस निरीक्षक महेंद्र कुमार करमाली, टोटो थाना प्रभारी उपनिरीक्षक उदेश्वर पाल, हवलदार फूलजेंस टोप्पो, आरक्षी मनोरंजन भगत, राजेश्वर नायक, सहायक आरक्षी प्रवीण टोप्पो और सशस्त्र बल के जवान शामिल थे।

कानूनी प्रक्रिया के तहत की गई छानबीन

टीम ने मुबारक खान के घर की एनडीपीएस अधिनियम की धारा 50 के तहत विधिवत तलाशी ली। तलाशी के दौरान जब बरामद दवाओं से संबंधित वैध दस्तावेज मांगे गए तो मुबारक खान कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दे सका। इसके बाद सभी नशीली दवाइयों को जब्त कर लिया गया और मुबारक खान को मौके से गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।

दूसरा आरोपी इम्पयाज खान छापेमारी के वक्त अपने घर से फरार मिला, जिसकी तलाश जारी है।

आरोपी का आपराधिक इतिहास

थाना प्रभारी करमाली ने यह भी बताया कि गिरफ्तार मुबारक खान पूर्व में भी अपराधों में संलिप्त रहा है और उसके खिलाफ कई पुराने आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं।

“हम किसी भी कीमत पर नशे के अवैध कारोबार को पनपने नहीं देंगे। जिले में युवाओं को नशे की गिरफ्त से बाहर निकालने और ऐसे कारोबारियों के खिलाफ लगातार अभियान चलाया जाएगा,” – गुमला पुलिस प्रशासन।

गिरफ्तार आरोपी को आवश्यक पूछताछ के बाद न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत किया गया, जहां से उसे न्यायिक हिरासत में गुमला जेल भेज दिया गया।

पुलिस ने फरार तस्कर को जल्द गिरफ्तार करने का भरोसा जताया है और जनता से भी अपील की है कि वे इस तरह की संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की सूचना पुलिस को दें।
