गुमला, झारखंड — गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में आयोजित साप्ताहिक ई-जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में ग्रामीणों ने अपने क्षेत्रीय मुद्दों को डिजिटल माध्यम से साझा किया। अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में पालकोट और बसिया प्रखंड के नागरिकों ने अपने नजदीकी प्रखंड कार्यालयों से वर्चुअली जुड़कर शिकायतें दर्ज कराईं।
जमीन, आधार और सरकारी सेवाओं से जुड़ी समस्याएं रहीं प्रमुख
पालकोट प्रखंड से एक ग्रामीण ने पंजी-2 से संबंधित भूमि विवाद को उठाया, जिस पर अपर समाहर्ता ने जांच का आश्वासन दिया। एक अन्य शिकायतकर्ता ने आधार कार्ड में बायोमेट्रिक अपडेट की परेशानी साझा की, जिसे लेकर संबंधित ऑपरेटर को निर्देश दिया गया कि वह प्रखंड स्तर पर शीघ्र समाधान सुनिश्चित करें।
स्थानीय स्तर पर समाधान की सख्त हिदायत
एक ग्रामीण द्वारा भूमि रसीद नहीं कटने की शिकायत पर अपर समाहर्ता ने नाराज़गी जताते हुए कहा कि “ऐसी समस्याएं ज़िला कार्यालय तक नहीं पहुंचनी चाहिए।” उन्होंने प्रखंड कर्मियों को फटकार लगाते हुए निर्देश दिया कि छोटी शिकायतों का निपटारा स्थानीय स्तर पर प्राथमिकता के साथ किया जाए।
आवास सर्वे और पुस्तकालय की समस्याएं भी आईं सामने
बसिया प्रखंड से कई आवेदकों ने आवास सर्वे नहीं होने की जानकारी दी। इस पर श्री बड़ाइक ने निर्देशित किया कि आवेदक संबंधित आवेदन दें और जहां सर्वे नहीं हुआ है वहां पुनः सर्वे कराकर नाम जोड़ा जाए।
बसिया पुस्तकालय से जुड़े एक मुद्दे में लाइब्रेरियन ने बताया कि पुस्तकालय परिसर में लगाए गए पौधे जानवरों द्वारा नष्ट किए जा रहे हैं। अपर समाहर्ता ने उन्हें लिखित आवेदन देने को कहा और आवश्यक कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया।
कई विभागीय समस्याओं का हुआ निस्तारण
इस ई-जन सुनवाई के दौरान KYC, कृषि, राशन कार्ड, सड़क निर्माण सहित कई विषयों पर ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं दर्ज की गईं। सभी संबंधित विभागों को तत्काल कार्रवाई और समाधान हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।
जन समस्याओं का तकनीक से समाधान
ई-जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस डिजिटल जुड़ाव और शासन-प्रशासन के बीच संवाद की मजबूत कड़ी के रूप में उभर रहा है, जहां नागरिक बिना जिला मुख्यालय पहुंचे ही अपनी समस्याएं प्रशासन तक पहुंचा पा रहे हैं और उन्हें समयबद्ध समाधान मिल रहा है।
