राजनीति विज्ञान के विद्यार्थियों का पुस्तकालय अध्ययन भ्रमण, सुव्यवस्थित व्यवस्था ने खींचा ध्यान

हजारीबाग — विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग के विद्यार्थियों ने शुक्रवार को गोस्वामी तुलसीदास केंद्रीय पुस्तकालय का शैक्षणिक भ्रमण किया। इस दौरान विद्यार्थियों ने पुस्तकालय में अध्ययन-अध्यापन किया और वहां की स्वच्छता तथा सुव्यवस्थित व्यवस्था से खासे प्रभावित दिखे।

कुलपति की पहल से बढ़ रहा पुस्तकालय की ओर रुझान

विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो. चंद्र भूषण शर्मा द्वारा विद्यार्थियों को पुस्तकालय की उपयोगिता से परिचित कराने का विशेष प्रयास किया जा रहा है। उनके अनुसार, “छात्रों को पुस्तकालय के माहौल में अध्ययन के लिए प्रेरित करना अकादमिक गुणवत्ता बढ़ाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।”

इसी क्रम में राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग के पाठ्यक्रम में समसत्र दो और समसत्र चार के छात्रों को समय-समय पर पुस्तकालय में अध्ययन हेतु भेजने का प्रावधान रखा गया है।

शिक्षकों और शोधार्थियों के साथ पहुंचा छात्र समूह

केंद्रीय पुस्तकालय में प्रवेश से पूर्व निदेशक डॉ. राजेंद्र मिस्त्री से अनुमति ली गई। इसके बाद विभागीय शिक्षक डॉ. सुकल्याण मोइत्रा और डॉ. अजय बहादुर सिंह के नेतृत्व में लगभग 70 छात्र पूर्वाह्न 11:30 बजे पुस्तकालय पहुंचे। छात्रों की सहायता के लिए शोधार्थी महेंद्र पंडित और डीट टॉपर विकास कुमार यादव को जिम्मेदारी दी गई थी।

लाइब्रेरी में मिली सुविधाएं, कार्ड नहीं होने से इशू प्रक्रिया रुकी

पुस्तकालय पहुंचने पर विद्यार्थियों ने पहले पंजी में नाम और मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज किया। इसके बाद कर्मचारियों—नंदलाल गोप, चमेली देवी और धर्मेंद्र गोस्वामी—ने पुस्तकालय की व्यवस्था और उपयोग के तरीकों की जानकारी दी।

छात्रों ने राजनीति विज्ञान से संबंधित पुस्तकों का अवलोकन किया और समाचार पत्रों व पत्रिकाओं का भी अध्ययन किया। हालांकि पुस्तकालय कार्ड नहीं होने के कारण वे फिलहाल पुस्तकें इशू नहीं कर पाए। छात्रों को बताया गया कि नामांकन पर्ची और फोटो लाकर वे औपबंधिक परिचय पत्र प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

डिजिटल अनुभाग का भी लिया अनुभव

विद्यार्थियों ने कंप्यूटर अनुभाग का भी उपयोग किया और पुस्तकालय की डिजिटल संसाधनों से परिचित हुए। लगभग एक घंटे तक अध्ययन कर सभी छात्र वापस विभाग लौटे। लौटते समय सभी ने पुस्तकालय की स्वच्छता और समुचित प्रबंधन की सराहना की।
