गुमला, 5 जून — विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस के अवसर पर गुमला जिले में “एक पेड़ मां के नाम” अभियान के अंतर्गत जिला शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा वृक्षारोपण एवं पर्यावरण जागरूकता कार्यक्रमों का भव्य आयोजन किया गया। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार आयोजित इस पहल में जिले के सभी विद्यालयों में विद्यार्थियों, शिक्षकों एवं स्थानीय समुदाय ने सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाई।
कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत उच्च विद्यालय टोटो में जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो और जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां द्वारा पौधारोपण कर की गई। उन्होंने छात्रों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि “विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस सिर्फ एक दिन नहीं, बल्कि पूरे वर्ष पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए प्रेरणा लेने का दिन है।”
“मिशन लाइफ” और इको क्लब के सहयोग से संचालित इस कार्यक्रम के तहत स्कूल परिसरों और उनके आसपास के क्षेत्रों में छात्र-छात्राओं ने सैकड़ों पौधे लगाए। साथ ही पर्यावरण संरक्षण को लेकर कई रचनात्मक गतिविधियाँ भी आयोजित की गईं, जिनमें प्रभात फेरी, चित्रकला, निबंध लेखन प्रतियोगिता और ऑनलाइन क्विज शामिल रहे। ऑनलाइन क्विज का संचालन झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना गुमला द्वारा किया गया।
इस अभियान में ADPO ज्योति खलखो, APO डॉ. मीतू सिन्हा और BPO दिलदार सिंह के नेतृत्व में समस्त आयोजन का सफल समन्वय किया गया। जिले के सभी प्रखंडों से BPO, CRP, BRP और शिक्षकगण भी उत्साहपूर्वक इस अभियान में शामिल हुए, जिससे यह कार्यक्रम एक सामूहिक जन-जागरूकता अभियान में बदल गया।
“एक पेड़ मां के नाम” सिर्फ वृक्षारोपण की पहल नहीं, बल्कि मातृभूमि और प्रकृति के प्रति हमारी जिम्मेदारी का भावनात्मक संकल्प भी है, जो आज जिले भर में पूरी ऊर्जा और संकल्प के साथ निभाया गया।
