गुमला : – गुमला जिले में सड़क दुर्घटना पीड़ितों को त्वरित एवं निःशुल्क इलाज सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से भारत सरकार की दो महत्त्वपूर्ण योजनाएं –
* Cashless Treatment of Road Accident Victims Scheme, 2025
* RAH-VEER (Good Samaritan) Scheme, 2025
के सफल क्रियान्वयन हेतु आज गुरुवार को एक ऑनलाइन कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया।
इस कार्यशाला का आयोजन पुलिस अधीक्षक हरीश बिन जमां के निर्देशन में किया गया, जिसकी अध्यक्षता डीएसपी वीरेंद्र टोप्पो ने की। कार्यशाला में जिले के सभी थाना प्रभारी ऑनलाइन माध्यम से शामिल हुए। प्रशिक्षण सत्र का संचालन जिला सूचना एवं विज्ञान पदाधिकारी सुशील कुमार, e-DAR/i-RAD के मैनेजर रामानंद महाराज एवं सड़क सुरक्षा प्रबंधक प्रभाष कुमार द्वारा किया गया।
कार्यशाला में Cashless Treatment Scheme के अंतर्गत बताया गया कि सड़क दुर्घटना के पीड़ित व्यक्ति को दुर्घटना की तिथि से 7 दिनों तक अधिकतम ₹1,50,000 तक कैशलेस इलाज की सुविधा भारत सरकार द्वारा दी जाएगी। दुर्घटना के गोल्डन ऑवर (पहले एक घंटे) के भीतर इलाज की व्यवस्था विशेष रूप से प्राथमिकता में रखी गई है।
RAH-VEER (Good Samaritan) योजना के अंतर्गत यदि कोई नागरिक (गुड सेमेरिटन) बिना किसी स्वार्थ या संबंध के किसी घायल व्यक्ति को अस्पताल पहुँचाता है, तो उसे पुलिस स्टेशन से प्रमाण-पत्र दिया जाएगा, और ₹25,000 की प्रोत्साहन राशि सीधे PFMS के माध्यम से संबंधित व्यक्ति के बैंक खाते में स्थानांतरित की जाएगी। राज्य स्तर पर तीन सर्वश्रेष्ठ राह-वीरों को ₹1,00,000 का राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार भी प्रदान किया जाएगा।
इसके अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया कि e-DAR/i-RAD पोर्टल के माध्यम से पीड़ित की पहचान तुरंत सुनिश्चित की जाए और e-DAR मोबाइल ऐप का उपयोग कर पीड़ित की ID तुरंत बनाकर संबंधित अस्पताल को उपलब्ध कराई जाए, ताकि पीड़ित को बिना किसी विलंब के उपचार मिल सके।
यह कार्यशाला जमीनी स्तर पर सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने एवं दुर्घटना पीड़ितों को तत्काल राहत प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित की गई थी।
गुमला जिला प्रशासन इस पहल के माध्यम से नागरिकों से अपील करता है कि वे दुर्घटना की स्थिति में घायलों की मदद के लिए आगे आएं और “RAH-VEER” बनकर मानवता का परिचय दें।
