गुमला : – गुमला उप विकास आयुक्त की अध्यक्षता में उप विकास आयुक्त के सभागार में निषिद्ध मादक पदार्थों के विरुद्ध दिनांक 10 जून से 26 जून तक प्रस्तावित राज्यव्यापी जागरूकता कार्यक्रम की कार्ययोजना तैयार करने हेतु बैठक का आयोजन किया गया।
इस बैठक की शुरुआत में उप विकास आयुक्त ने जिले के सभी बीडीओ एवं सीओ तथा संबंधित पदाधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि दिनांक 10 जून से 26 जून तक जिला, प्रखंड तथा पंचायत स्तर पर निषिद्ध मादक पदार्थों के विरुद्ध जागरूकता कार्यक्रम चलाया जाएगा। उक्त कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य नशामुक्ति हेतु युवाओं एवं आमजनों को जागरूक करना है।
इस बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त द्वारा सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी एवं अंचल अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया गया कि ग्राम एवं पंचायत स्तर पर नशा के विरुद्ध चौपाल का आयोजन किया जाए। इसके साथ ही प्रखंड तथा जिला मुख्यालय स्तर तथा स्कूलों में प्रभात फेरी का आयोजन किया जाएगा।
जिला मुख्यालय से नशे के विरुद्ध जनजागरण हेतु प्रभारी मंत्री द्वार प्रचार वाहन को रवाना किया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही प्रखंड स्तर पर क्रॉस कंट्री दौड़ का भी आयोजन किया जाना है। जिससे नशे के खिलाफ लोगों विशेषकर युवाओं को जागरूक किया जा सकेगा। दिनांक 10 जून को कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत नशे के विरुद्ध शपथ ग्रहण कार्यक्रम से की जाएगी।
बैठक के दौरान उप विकास आयुक्त ने कहा कि मादक पदार्थों के विरुद्ध जागरूकता कार्यक्रम हेतु मास्टर ट्रेनरों को जिला स्तर पर एकदिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन भी किया जाना सुनिश्चित करें। प्रशिक्षण के उपरांत मास्टर ट्रेनरों द्वारा प्रखंड तथा पंचायत स्तर पर आमजनों को नशे के खिलाफ जागरूक किया जाएगा।
उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने कहा कि इस जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का मीडिया के माध्यम से व्यापक प्रचार प्रसार भी किया जाए। जिससे वृहद स्तर पर लोगों को मादक पदार्थों के कुप्रभाव की जानकारी प्राप्त हो सके। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि मादक पदार्थों के विरुद्ध इस जागरूकता अभियान हेतु जिले से एक स्पोर्ट्स यूथ आइकन भी बनाया जाएगा।
इस बैठक में पुलिस उपाधीक्षक, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी,घाघरा, अंचल अधिकारी,बिशुनपुर, अंचल अधिकारी,चैनपुर, तंबाकू निषेध इकाई ,सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी,पालकोट, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, रायडीह एवं अन्य कार्यालय कर्मीगण उपस्थित थे।
