गुमला में निर्वाचन तैयारियों की समीक्षा, डीसी ने दिए निर्देश

गुमला, 6 जून 2025 — गुमला समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी एवं उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में निर्वाचन तैयारियों को लेकर एक अहम समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक का उद्देश्य आगामी चुनावों को लेकर की जा रही व्यवस्थाओं की स्थिति की जांच और उन्हें सुदृढ़ करना था।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने निर्वाचन निबंधन पदाधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों के सभी मतदान केंद्रों का भौतिक निरीक्षण करें और वहां जनसंख्या के आधार पर रैशनलाइजेशन की प्रक्रिया पूरी करें। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्रों को इस प्रकार व्यवस्थित किया जाए जिससे मतदाताओं को न्यूनतम असुविधा हो।

प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने यह भी जोर देकर कहा कि निर्वाचन से संबंधित सभी प्राप्त प्रपत्रों का समयबद्ध निस्तारण आवश्यक है ताकि चुनावी प्रक्रिया के दौरान किसी प्रकार की अड़चन उत्पन्न न हो। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से पारदर्शिता और तत्परता बनाए रखने का आग्रह करते हुए कहा कि यह लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया की सफलता के लिए जरूरी है।

बैठक में निर्वाचन से जुड़ी अन्य प्रक्रियाओं पर भी गहन मंथन किया गया और आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए। उपायुक्त ने यह सुनिश्चित करने को कहा कि सभी कार्य तय समयसीमा के भीतर पूरे हों।

इस समीक्षा बैठक में ITDA परियोजना निदेशक रीना हांसदा, SDO सदर राजीव नीरज, SDO बसिया जयवंती देवगम, DCLR गुमला राजीव कुमार, जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सुषमा लकड़ा, ADF मीडिया अलीना दास सहित निर्वाचन विभाग के अन्य अधिकारी व कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे।

यह बैठक जिले में पारदर्शी, सुगम और प्रभावी निर्वाचन प्रणाली को सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम मानी जा रही है।
