गुमला: 24 घंटे में 5 आत्महत्या के प्रयास, बढ़ती मानसिक अस्थिरता और सामाजिक दबाव पर सवाल

गुमला, झारखंड | 9 जून 2025 — झारखंड के गुमला जिले में बीते 24 घंटे के भीतर पाँच अलग-अलग लोगों द्वारा आत्महत्या का प्रयास किए जाने की घटनाएं सामने आई हैं। इन मामलों में प्रेम संबंध, घरेलू तनाव, पारिवारिक नियंत्रण और मानसिक दबाव प्रमुख कारण रहे। सभी पीड़ितों को समय रहते गुमला सदर अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया, जहाँ डॉक्टरों की तत्परता से उनकी जान बचाई जा सकी।

इन घटनाओं ने न केवल प्रशासन को सतर्क कर दिया है, बल्कि समाज में बढ़ती मानसिक अस्थिरता, नशे की लत और युवाओं के भावनात्मक ब्लैकमेल जैसे गंभीर मुद्दों की ओर भी ध्यान खींचा है।

आत्महत्या के प्रयास: 24 घंटे, 5 केस

शनिवार को जिले के अलग-अलग हिस्सों से पाँच लोगों को गंभीर अवस्था में गुमला सदर अस्पताल लाया गया।

• पालकोट थाना क्षेत्र के रंगोला गाँव निवासी 45 वर्षीय बिरशु सिंह और हंसदोन गाँव के 60 वर्षीय सीताराम गोप ने घरेलू विवाद और तनाव के कारण जहरीला पदार्थ खा लिया।
• गढ़सारू गाँव की 15 वर्षीय किशोरी ने माता-पिता द्वारा डांटने पर उर्वरक खाकर आत्महत्या का प्रयास किया।
• घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र के गुनिया गाँव की 22 वर्षीय दीपिका कुमारी ने घरेलू कलह से तंग आकर कीटनाशक पी लिया।
• वहीं, गुमला सदर थाना क्षेत्र के एक युवक संदीप पुराने ने प्रेम प्रसंग में विफलता के कारण सोशल मीडिया पर लाइव आकर ज़हर पी लिया। संदीप की जान उसके दोस्तों ने लाइव देखकर समय रहते अस्पताल पहुँचाकर बचा ली।

ब्लैकमेलिंग बन रही नया ट्रेंड

चिंताजनक बात यह है कि कई युवा आत्महत्या के प्रयास को ब्लैकमेलिंग का हथियार बना रहे हैं। अपने परिजनों, अभिभावकों, शिक्षकों और समाजसेवियों को भावनात्मक रूप से डरा कर अपनी मांगें मनवाने का यह चलन खतरनाक रूप लेता जा रहा है।

गुमला SP की चेतावनी: “नशा है अपराध की जननी”

गुमला के पुलिस अधीक्षक हारीश बिन जामां ने इन घटनाओं पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा, “जिले में बढ़ते आत्महत्या और अपराध के मामलों के मूल में नशा और नशेड़ी ही हैं। इसे रोकना मेरी प्राथमिकता है।”

प्रशासन से मांग: सख्त कदम उठाने की जरूरत

इन घटनाओं ने प्रशासन, समाज और सरकार के सामने कई सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। ज़रूरत है कि:

• मानसिक स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता अभियान चलाए जाएं।
• स्कूल और कॉलेजों में काउंसलिंग सुविधाएं अनिवार्य की जाएं।
• सोशल मीडिया पर भावनात्मक ब्लैकमेलिंग को लेकर निगरानी और जागरूकता बढ़े।
• पुलिस और प्रशासन सामुदायिक हस्तक्षेप के जरिए युवाओं को संवाद में लाएं।

समाजशास्त्रियों का मानना है कि भावनात्मक असंतुलन, दबाव में लिए गए फैसले और परिवारिक संवाद की कमी इन घटनाओं को जन्म दे रही है। इस विकराल होती समस्या को नजरअंदाज करना अब संभव नहीं है।
