गुमला जिले को नशामुक्त बनाने की दिशा में गुमला में जिला स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित

गुमला : – झारखंड राज्य सरकार द्वारा दिनांक 10 जून 2025 से 26 जून 2025 तक प्रस्तावित राज्यव्यापी निषिद्ध मादक पदार्थों के विरुद्ध जागरूकता अभियान के सफल संचालन हेतु आज नगर भवन गुमला में जिला स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में जिले के सभी प्रमुख विभागों के पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों को मास्टर ट्रेनर्स के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षित किया गया।

कार्यक्रम की मुख्य अतिथि उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दंडाधिकारी प्रेरणा दीक्षित रहीं। अपने संबोधन में उपायुक्त ने कहा कि “नशा न केवल शरीर को बल्कि व्यक्ति के सपनों और भविष्य को भी नष्ट कर देता है। नशे से ग्रसित बच्चों एवं नागरिकों में कई मानसिक और शारीरिक लक्षण देखने को मिलते हैं। इसे रोकने हेतु जिला प्रशासन सतत प्रयासरत है।”

उन्होंने कहा कि गुमला जिले को नशामुक्त बनाने के लिए सख्त कार्ययोजना तैयार की गई है। अफीम, गांजा एवं अन्य मादक पदार्थों के सेवन और सप्लाई करने वालों पर कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। उपायुक्त ने यह भी बताया कि जिले में ‘जीरो टॉलरेंस नारकोटिक्स अभ्यास’ प्रारंभ किया गया है। सभी पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि नशे के सप्लाई चैन एवं विक्रेताओं पर तत्काल कार्रवाई करें।

साथ ही उपायुक्त गुमला ने जिलेवासियों से अपील की कि यदि किसी भी व्यक्ति को नशीले पदार्थों की बिक्री या सप्लाई की जानकारी हो तो वे सीधे उनके आधिकारिक व्हाट्सएप नंबर पर सूचना दें। नागरिकों की पहचान पूरी तरह गोपनीय रखी जाएगी और त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।

उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि अगले 20 दिनों में जिले के सभी संबंधित थाना एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारी नशे के विरुद्ध प्रभावी कार्रवाई करें और इसकी जानकारी आम जनता तक भी पहुंचाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि “सभी नागरिक सूचना तंत्र के रूप में कार्य करें और जिले को नशामुक्त बनाने के लिए प्रशासन का सहयोग करें। यह सामूहिक प्रयास से ही संभव होगा।”

उन्होंने अभिभावकों से भी अपील की कि वे अपने बच्चों की गतिविधियों पर सतर्क दृष्टि रखें। यदि किसी बच्चे में असामान्य व्यवहार दिखाई दे तो तुरंत पहल कर आवश्यक कदम उठाएं। “यदि कोई बच्चा पहले से नशे की लत में है तो जिला प्रशासन उसे इस बुरी लत से छुटकारा दिलाने हेतु पूर्ण सहयोग प्रदान करेगा,” उन्होंने कहा।

इस अवसर पर कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित विद्यार्थियों एवं बच्चों को भी नशे से दूर रहने की शपथ दिलाई गई।

कार्यक्रम में पुलिस विभाग, तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, स्वास्थ्य विभाग, महिला बाल विकास एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा विभाग, वन विभाग, जेसीबीएस, स्कूल शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग, खेल विभाग, श्रम विभाग, पंचायती राज विभाग एवं नगर परिषद के अधिकारी एवं कर्मी शामिल हुए।

प्रशिक्षण सत्र का संचालन जिला खेल पदाधिकारी मनोज कुमार, औषधि निरीक्षक पूनम देवी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक पुर आलम, जिला परामर्शदाता (तंबाकू नियंत्रण) वंदना, महिला बाल विकास पदाधिकारी नीलम केरकेट्टा एवं पुलिस अवर निरीक्षक डुमरी थाना मनोज कुमार द्वारा किया गया।

कार्यक्रम में उपविकास आयुक्त गुमला दिलेश्वर महतो, परियोजना निदेशक आईटीडीए रीना हांसदा, अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, एसडीओ सदर राजीव नीरज, डीसीएलआर गुमला राजीव कुमार, डीएसपी गुमला, जिला नजारत उपसमाहर्ता, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी, जिला खेल पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त महोदया द्वारा उपस्थित सभी प्रतिभागियों को सामूहिक रूप से ‘नशामुक्त भारत अभियान’ के तहत प्रतिज्ञा भी दिलाई गई।
