गिरिडीह : समाहरणालय सभागार में उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं एवं कार्यक्रमों की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई और संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए। बैठक में साइकिल वितरण,प्री मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति, मुख्यमंत्री रोजगार सृजन योजना, मुख्यमंत्री स्वास्थ्य सहायता योजना ,MSDP/PMJVK,के साथ कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित अन्य योजनाओं की समीक्षा की गई।

डीसी ने विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि अनुसूचित जाति, जनजाति, पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अन्य जरूरतमंद वर्गों के लिए चलाई जा रही कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ सुनिश्चित रूप से पात्र लाभुकों तक पहुंचाया जाए।

छात्रवृत्ति योजनाओं के ऑनलाइन आवेदन एवं वितरण की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए लाभुक छात्रों को समय से इसका लाभ दिया जाए किसी भी स्थिति में लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। इसी क्रम में जाहेर स्थान की घेराबंदी और मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन विकास योजना की समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। बैठक में आवासीय विद्यालयों एवं छात्रावासों की स्थिति एवं सुविधाओं का जायजा लेते हुए जल्द से जल्द कार्य पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया।

डीसी ने कहा कि योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में पारदर्शिता, जवाबदेही एवं समयबद्धता अत्यंत आवश्यक है। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि लाभुकों की पहचान, डाटा एंट्री एवं भुगतान की प्रक्रिया में किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही न हो। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को योजनाओं के जमीनी क्रियान्वयन की स्थिति की नियमित समीक्षा करने का निर्देश दिया। बैठक में उपविकास आयुक्त स्मृता कुमारी, सिविल सर्जन एसपी मिश्रा, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी जेपी मेहरा, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी बगोदर, सरिया तथा अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
