सिसई एवं भरनो प्रखंड में पंचायत स्तरीय विकास कार्यों की व्यापक समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित

गुमला : – आज उपविकास आयुक्त गुमला दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में सिसई एवं भरनो प्रखंड के पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों एवं संबंधित पदाधिकारियों के साथ पंचायत स्तरीय विकास कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिला पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी एवं जिला परियोजना प्रबंधक भी उपस्थित रहे।

इस बैठक में मुखिया, पंचायत सचिव, कनीय अभियंता एवं समन्वयकों ने भाग लिया। समीक्षा के दौरान 15वें वित्त आयोग के तहत संचालित कार्यों एवं उनके भुगतान की प्रगति, GPDP एवं Prosper Project के तहत चयनित पंचायतों में योजनाओं की प्रविष्टि की स्थिति, पंचायत सचिवालय में रोस्टर का अनुपालन, जन्म एवं मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्रों के निर्गमन, प्रज्ञा केंद्रों के संचालन हेतु VLE की उपस्थिति, भारत नेट कनेक्टिविटी एवं रिचार्ज की स्थिति, पंचायत सचिव द्वारा अभिलेख/पंजीयों के अद्यतन संधारण, पंचायत ज्ञान केंद्र की स्थिति, पंचायत सहायक के लिए कक्ष आवंटन एवं कार्य प्रगति, तथा ग्राम पंचायत सहायता केंद्र की अधिष्ठापन से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण विषयों की गहन समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक में उपस्थित अधिकारियों को यह निर्देश दिया गया कि पंचायत सचिवालय के सभी कार्य समयबद्ध एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से संपादित किए जाएं। इसके अतिरिक्त जन सेवा से जुड़े कार्यों की गुणवत्ता एवं त्वरित निपटान सुनिश्चित करने पर बल दिया गया।

समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान निषिद्ध मादक पदार्थों के विरुद्ध चलाए जा रहे राज्यव्यापी अभियान के संबंध में भी विस्तृत चर्चा हुई। सभी पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों एवं पदाधिकारियों को यह निर्देशित किया गया कि वे अपने-अपने पंचायत क्षेत्रों में नशा उन्मूलन के लिए जागरूकता अभियान संचालित करें तथा इस दिशा में स्थानीय प्रशासन एवं पुलिस विभाग को सक्रिय सहयोग प्रदान करें।

उपविकास आयुक्त ने कहा कि पंचायत स्तर पर विकास कार्यों की गुणवत्तापूर्ण एवं प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन जिला प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। साथ ही उन्होंने पंचायत सचिवालय को आम जनता के लिए सुलभ एवं उत्तरदायी सेवा केंद्र के रूप में विकसित करने हेतु सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश प्रदान किए।
