नवजात शिशु चोर गिरोह के द्वारा रैकी कर, नर्स ड्रेस में एक ( फर्जी नर्स महिला ) महिला ने नवजात शिशु चोरी कर सदर अस्पताल से भागने में हुई सफल
सीसीटीवी कैमरे में फुटेज उक्त बच्चा चोर महिला और हेलमेट लगायें बाइक सवार और बाइक नंबर का सीसीटीवी कैमरे में फुटेज आया
गुमला जिला पुलिस कप्तान हारिश बिन जामां के सख्त रुख , जल्द ही नवजात शिशु की होगी बरामदगी और फर्जी नर्स महिला और बाइक सवार नवजात शिशु चोरों को जल्द ही गिरफ्तार कर सलाखों के पीछे भेजने की हुई तैयारी

गुमला – गुमला सदर अस्पताल में अस्पताल प्रबंधन की अकर्मण्यता – कार्य शिथिलता – लापरवाही और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में हुई जबरदस्त चूक फलस्वरूप गुमला सदर अस्पताल में एक 14 दिन के नवजात शिशु , एस . एन. सी. यूं . वार्ड से चोरी कर ली गई, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था लचर होने के कारण एक अज्ञात फर्जी नर्स के द्वारा एक नवजात शिशु को चोरी कर ली गई और गुमला सदर अस्पताल के प्रबंधक कमेटी और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था लचर होने के कारण एक नवजात शिशु की गई चोरी , सदर अस्पताल में संबंधित वार्ड और गुमला सदर अस्पताल की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को ध्वस्त करते हुए एक फर्जी नर्स महिला ने उक्त नवजात शिशु की चोरी कर ली गई , और सदर अस्पताल प्रबंधन कमेटी और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था लचर होने का फायदा उठाकर एक नवजात शिशु चोरी की घटना को अंजाम दे दिया गया, क्यों नहीं किया जा रहा था सीसीटीवी कैमरे की निगरानी , अगर सीसीटीवी कैमरे की फुटेज की निगरानी होती रहती तो फर्जी नर्स नवजात बच्चे की चोरी करते हुए रंगे हाथ पकड़ी जाती, निश्चित रूप से नवजात शिशु चोरी से पूर्व गुमला सदर अस्पताल की रैकी की गई होगी और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था कमजोर और लचर होने के कारण ही उसका फायदा उठाते हुए, उक्त नवजात शिशु की चोरी की घटना को अंजाम दिया गया हैं, इसमें कोई किन्तु परन्तु नहीं हैं, घटनाक्रम इस प्रकार बताया जा रहा है, शुक्रवार की संध्या लगभग 7:30 बजे एक महिला नर्स ड्रेस में सदर अस्पताल गुमला के मुख्य द्वार पर प्रवेश करती है और अपनी पहचान छुपाने के उद्देश्य चेहरे पर मार्क्स लगाई हुई है और वह सीधे एसएनसीयू वार्ड पहुंचती है, और सिसई थाना स्थित रेडवा ग्राम निवासी रतनी इंदवार ( पति – नागों खड़िया ) के पास पहुंच कर 14 दिन के नवजात शिशु को अपने गोद में उठाते हुए, रतनी इंदौर से पूछती है की बच्चे को टीका लगा है या नही , महिला ने उत्तर दिया कि टीका लगा है , फिर वह बच्चे को उठाकर जाने लगी और बोली की तुम अपने पति को नीचे भेज देना तुम मत आना, 5 मिनट बाद रतनी अपने बच्चों को खोजते हुए सदर अस्पताल के नीचे पहुंचीं और अपने पति को उक्त घटनाक्रम की जानकारी दी और फिर दोनों पति-पत्नी अपने नवजात शिशु को खोजने लगे, पर उन्हें उनकी बच्ची नहीं मिली, तक दोनों पति-पत्नी गुमला सदर अस्पताल प्रबंधन को दी, उक्त सूचना से अस्पताल प्रबंधन के होश उड़ गए और उन्होंने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुयें उक्त घटना की सूचना गुमला सदर अस्पताल के सिविल सर्जन नवल कुमार सदर अस्पताल परिसर स्थित घटनास्थल पर पहुंचकर छानबीन और पुछताछ की और उक्त घटना की विस्तृत जानकारी गुमला सदर थाना प्रभारी महेंद्र कुमार करमाली को दी, उक्त सूचना मिलते ही उन्होंने अपने बरीय पदाधिकारी पुलिस अधीक्षक एवं सदर एसडीपीओ ( गुमला पुलिस कप्तान हारिश बिन जामां एवं एसडीपीओ सुरेश प्रसाद यादव ) महोदय को दी और उनके दिशा निर्देश पर कार्रवाई करते हुयें अपने दलबल के साथ गुमला सदर अस्पताल पहुंचकर कर गहराई से छानबीन एवं पुछताछ करते हुए गुमला सदर अस्पताल के सीसीटीवी कैमरा को खंगालने पर सीसीटीवी कैमरा फुटेज में साफ दिखाया पड़ रहा है की एक महिला ( फर्जी नर्स ड्रेस में ) सदर अस्पताल के अंदर प्रवेश करती हैं और सीधा एस.एन.सी.यू. वार्ड में पहूंचकर ( फर्जी नर्स ) बच्ची को उठाकर उसकी मां से कुछ बात करती और उक्त नवजात शिशु को अपने गोद में लेकर सड़क की ओर भागती हैं, जहां पर पहले से एक व्यक्ति हेलमेट लगाए हुए और मोटरसाइकिल स्टार्ट रखा है और उक्त (फर्जी नर्स महिला) उक्त स्थान पर पहुंचकर उक्त मोटरसाइकिल पर सवार होकर , मोटरसाइकिल चालक और फर्जी नर्स महिला नवजात बच्चे की चोरी कर दोनों उक्त घटनास्थल गुमला सदर अस्पताल परिसर से भागने में सफल रहते हैं, गुमला सदर थाना प्रभारी महेंद्र कुमार करमाली ने पीड़िता को आश्वासन देते हुए उन्होंने कहा की सीसीटीवी कैमरे में मोटरसाइकिल नंबर और उक्त फर्जी नर्स महिला का साफ फुटेज आगया हैं अतः गुमला पुलिस जल्द से जल्द उक्त दोनों अपराधियों एवं नवजात शिशु को तक पहुंचने में सफल हो जायेगी और नवजात शिशु को बरामद करते हुए उक्त दोनों महिला पुरुष अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार कर सलाखों के पीछे भेजने में सफल होंगी, बताया जाता हैं की सिसई थाना क्षेत्र स्थित रेडवा ग्राम निवासी रतनी इंदौर ( पति – नागों खड़िया ) को 30 में 2025 को उक्त नवजात बच्ची का जन्म सिसई रेफरल अस्पताल में हुई थी, और जच्चा – बच्चा की स्थिति अच्छी नहीं थी तो उन्हें बेहतर इलाज के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल स्थित आईसीयू वार्ड में भर्ती किया गया था और दोनों जच्चा – बच्चा के स्वास्थ्य होने पर उन्होंने एस. एन. सी. यूं . शिफ्ट कर दिया गया था, इसी क्रम में एक पुरुष एवं एक फर्जी नर्स महिला ने नवजात शिशु चोरी की घटना को अंजाम दिया गया क्या इस नवजात शिशु चोरी की घटना में गुमला सदर अस्पताल की किसी अन्य स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों की मिली भगत तो नहीं ,,,,, पुछती हैं आम जनता,,,,,?????
