डीसी ने स्कूल के औचक निरीक्षण के बाद कहा-शिक्षण कार्य की गुणवत्ता और अनुशासन में किसी भी प्रकार की कोताही बर्दाश्त नहीं

गिरिडीह : जिला दंडाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव ने गिरिडीह प्रखंड अंतर्गत उत्क्रमित उच्च विद्यालय, महेशलुंडी का शनिवार को औचक निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने शिक्षण गतिविधियों, विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति, साफ-सफाई तथा विद्यालय में उपलब्ध मूलभूत सुविधाओं का निरीक्षण किया।

शिक्षकों एवं विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति में कमी पाए जाने पर डीसी ने नाराजगी जताई तथा विद्यालय प्रधान को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि शिक्षण कार्य की गुणवत्ता और अनुशासन में किसी भी प्रकार की कोताही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी शिक्षक समय पर विद्यालय में उपस्थित रहकर विषयवार पढ़ाई सुनिश्चित करें। अनुपस्थित पाए जाने वाले शिक्षकों पर नियमानुसार अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने छात्रों से सीधा संवाद स्थापित कर उनकी पढ़ाई की स्थिति जानी। साथ ही, छात्रों की पढ़ाई में आ रही चुनौतियों की जानकारी लेकर समाधान हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।

डीसी ने उपस्थिति पंजी व अन्य अभिलेखों की भी जांच की

विद्यालय में पाई गई कमियों, जैसे बाउंड्री वॉल, पेयजल की व्यवस्था, शौचालय की सफाई, आदि को शीघ्र दूर करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने विद्यालय में रखी उपस्थिति पंजी, सामग्री पंजी व अन्य अभिलेखों की भी जांच की।

उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चों का समग्र विकास मानसिक, बौद्धिक व नैतिक सुनिश्चित करना शिक्षकों, अभिभावकों और प्रशासन की सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी है। शिक्षा ही वह आधार है जिस पर राज्य और देश का भविष्य टिका है।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने यह भी कहा कि जिले के अन्य विद्यालयों में भी नियमित रूप से औचक निरीक्षण किए जाएंगे,क्योंकि “शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता के साथ समझौता स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता ।”
