भाषा विवाद को लेकर भाजपा ने हेमंत सरकार को घेरा, अमित मंडल ने कहा-यह सरकार अबुआ, नहीं बबुआ सरकार है 

रांची : झारखंड में एक बार फिर भाषा विवाद बढ़ता जा रहा है. भाजपा के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता एवं गोड्डा के पूर्व विधायक अमित मंडल ने शनिवार को प्रेस वार्ता में कहा कि राज्य सरकार झारखंड की मूल संस्कृति, भाषाओं और जनजातीय पहचान को खत्म करने की साजिश कर रही है। झारखंड की स्थानीय भाषाओं को नजरअंदाज कर हटाया गया, खूंटी से मुंडारी,पलामू-गढ़वा से भोजपुरी, गोड्डा से अंगिका और कुड़ुख, जनगणना फॉर्म से इन भाषाओं को बिना जनसंख्या गणना किए हटाया गया।

हेमंत सरकार पर आरोप मढ़ते हुए अमित मंडल ने कहा कि हेमंत सरकार भाषा के नाम पर राज्य की जनता को लड़वा रही है। राज्य सरकार की मंशा नहीं है कि राज्य के बेरोजगार युवाओं को नौकरी मिले। यह सरकार अबुआ नहीं बबुआ सरकार है। 

‘जब कुरमाली भाषा को हटाया गया तो JLKM चुप क्यों रहा?’

उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा किसी भाषा के विरोध में नहीं, लेकिन अंगिका, भोजपुरी और मुंडारी जैसी भाषाओं को हटाने के इस कृत्य का हम कड़ा विरोध करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जब कुरमाली को हटाया गया तो JLKM चुप क्यों रहा? इसका मतलब साफ है कि इनका आंदोलन सिर्फ चुनावी लाभ और महागठबंधन को मदद पहुंचाने का माध्यम था। उन्होंने कहा कि J-TET 2025 में भी भाषा के आधार पर अन्याय, पहले जब भाजपा की सरकार थी तब मंत्री मिथिलेश ठाकुर और सांसद निशिकांत दुबे के प्रयास से भोजपुरी क्षेत्रीय भाषा में जोड़ी गई थी, लेकिन आज फिर उसे हटाकर युवाओं के साथ अन्याय किया गया।

उन्होंने कहा कि कैबिनेट ने नहीं सुनी प्रतिनिधियों की बात, मंत्री राधा कृष्ण किशोर और विधायक दीपिका पांडेय सिंह ने भी अंगिका को जोड़ने की बात लिखित रूप से कही थी, पर कैबिनेट ने इसे अनसुना कर दिया। उन्होंने सवाल उठाया कि क्षेत्रीय अस्मिता का अपमान,यदि अंगिका में शपथ लेने वाले विधायक और मंत्री मौजूद हैं, तो फिर अंगिका को क्षेत्रीय भाषा में क्यों नहीं माना जा रहा है?

‘क्या गोड्डा, पलामू, गढ़वा झारखंड का हिस्सा नहीं?’

उन्होंने कहा कि क्या गोड्डा, पलामू, गढ़वा झारखंड का हिस्सा नहीं? सरकार साफ करे कि क्या ये जिले झारखंड के नहीं हैं? अगर हैं तो उनकी भाषाओं को क्यों दरकिनार किया जा रहा है? उन्होंने सरकार को चेतावनी दी कि यदि भाषाओं के साथ यह अन्याय जारी रहा तो भाजपा और जनजातीय समाज मिलकर सड़क से लेकर विधानसभा तक जनआंदोलन चलाएंगे। 

भाषा के सवाल पर अमित मंडल ने सत्तापक्ष के मंत्री-विधायक एवं सांसद से पूछा कि मंत्री राधाकृष्ण किशोर बतायें कि पलामू-गढ़वा में मगही बोली जाती है या नहीं? अंगिका में शपथ लेने वाली दीपिका पांडे सिंह को पता नहीं कि गोड्डा में अंगिका भी बोली जाती है।

मंत्री संजय यादव को भी नहीं पता क्या कि गोड्डा में अंगिका बोलने वालों की बहुलता है। सांसद कालीचरण मुंडा बताएं कि खूंटी में मुंडारी बोली जाती है या नहीं, यदि हां तो उसे हटाया क्यों गया? प्रेसवार्ता में प्रदेश मीडिया सह प्रभारी अशोक बड़ाईक और युवा मोर्चा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष शशांक राज उपस्थित थे।
