तीन किशोरों की ईमानदारी, साहस और प्रतिभा के आगे झुक गया CBSE

जब मीडिया की सारी सुर्खियां सिद्धांतहीन राजनीति, चरित्रहीन व्यक्तित्वों और बेईमान कारोबारियों पर केंद्रित हों, तब भारत के तीन Gen Z किशोरों ने ऐसा काम कर दिखाया जिसने पूरे देश को चौंका दिया।

दिल्ली के 17 वर्षीय वेदांत श्रीवास्तव, झारखंड के 18 वर्षीय स्वार्थक सिद्धांत और पश्चिम बंगाल (सिलीगुड़ी) के निस्वर्ग अधिकारी ने CBSE की उत्तरपुस्तिका देखने की नई ऑनलाइन प्रणाली (OSM) में मौजूद तकनीकी खामियों, अधिकारियों की लापरवाही और यहां तक कि इस प्रणाली को संचालित करने वाली निजी कंपनी को टेंडर देने में हुई कथित अनियमितताओं को उजागर कर दिया।

शुरुआत में CBSE और कई लोग उनके दावों का विरोध करते रहे, लेकिन उनकी तथ्यों पर आधारित पड़ताल इतनी मजबूत थी कि अंततः देश के सबसे बड़े शिक्षा बोर्ड को अपनी गलतियां स्वीकार करनी पड़ीं।

कहानी की शुरुआत वेदांत से हुई। बारहवीं कक्षा के परीक्षा परिणाम उम्मीद के मुताबिक न आने पर उसने अपनी उत्तरपुस्तिका देखने का अनुरोध किया। लेकिन उसे अपनी कॉपी की जगह किसी अन्य छात्र की उत्तरपुस्तिका दिखाई गई। जब उसकी शिकायत का कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ तो उसने यह पूरा मामला सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म X पर सार्वजनिक कर दिया।

इसके बाद उसे भारी ट्रोलिंग का सामना करना पड़ा। उसे देशविरोधी, पाकिस्तानी एजेंट और न जाने क्या-क्या कहा गया। लेकिन वेदांत अपने दावे पर अडिग रहा। धीरे-धीरे अन्य छात्र भी सामने आए, जिन्होंने बताया कि उनके साथ भी ऐसी ही घटनाएं हुई हैं।

इसी बीच सिलीगुड़ी के किशोर निस्वर्ग अधिकारी, जो एक एथिकल हैकर हैं, ने खुलासा किया कि उन्होंने परीक्षा से काफी पहले CBSE को सबूतों के साथ बताया था कि वे एक घंटे से भी कम समय में बोर्ड के परीक्षा पोर्टल में प्रवेश करने में सफल हो गए थे। उनका दावा था कि उन्हें हजारों उत्तरपुस्तिकाओं तक पहुंच मिल गई थी। जब उनकी बात पर ध्यान नहीं दिया गया, तो उन्होंने कथित तौर पर पोर्टल पर “बैड एप्पल” गीत चलाकर अपनी बात साबित करने की कोशिश की।

निस्वर्ग के मित्र और झारखंड के स्वार्थक सिद्धांत ने मामले की एक और परत उजागर की। उन्होंने टेंडर से जुड़े दस्तावेजों का अध्ययन कर दावा किया कि किस प्रकार नियमों में ढील देकर हैदराबाद की एक तकनीकी कंपनी को यह ठेका दिया गया। उन्होंने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि इसी कंपनी का पूर्व में दूसरे नाम से परीक्षा प्रणाली से जुड़े विवादों में नाम सामने आ चुका था।

शुरुआती विरोध के बावजूद धीरे-धीरे पूरे देश में इन तीनों किशोरों को समर्थन मिलने लगा। बढ़ते दबाव के बीच CBSE को अपनी खामियों को स्वीकार करना पड़ा। मामले की जांच के लिए IIT के विशेषज्ञों की भागीदारी वाला एक जांच पैनल गठित किया गया। इतना ही नहीं, स्वार्थक सिद्धांत को इस विषय पर संसद की स्थायी समिति के समक्ष अपना पक्ष रखने का आमंत्रण भी मिला।

क्या यह अविश्वसनीय नहीं है कि 20 वर्ष से कम आयु के तीन किशोरों ने दिखा दिया कि आने वाली पीढ़ी अन्याय और व्यवस्था की खामियों के खिलाफ किस तरह संघर्ष करेगी?

जब हमारे समाचार माध्यम अक्सर केवल राजनीतिक आरोप-प्रत्यारोपों में उलझे रहते हैं, तब वेदांत, निस्वर्ग और स्वार्थक जैसे युवा हमें उम्मीद, साहस और सकारात्मक बदलाव की प्रेरणा देते हैं।
