जन समस्याओं का ज़मीनी समाधान: चैनपुर प्रखंड में शिकायतों का त्वरित निपटारा

गुमला, 19 जून 2025 — जिले में नागरिकों की शिकायतों को प्राथमिकता से हल करने के उद्देश्य से गुमला प्रशासन द्वारा सभी प्रखंडों में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में चैनपुर प्रखंड में आयोजित शिविर में कुल 34 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं, जिनमें से 31 मामलों का समाधान मौके पर ही कर दिया गया।

31 मामलों का तत्काल निपटारा, नागरिकों ने जताया संतोष

चैनपुर प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय परिसर में आयोजित इस शिविर की अध्यक्षता प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी सह अंचल अधिकारी यादव बैठा ने की। उन्होंने उपस्थित अधिकारियों के सहयोग से समस्याओं को सुनकर अधिकांश का तत्काल निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया।

प्राप्त शिकायतों का वर्गीकरण इस प्रकार रहा:

🔸 आम बागवानी योजना संबंधी – 01
🔸 आय प्रमाण पत्र हेतु आवेदन – 12
🔸 आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र – 08
🔸 जाति प्रमाण पत्र – 07
🔸 पंजी-2 में सुधार हेतु – 01
🔸 अबुआ आवास योजना से जुड़ी शिकायत – 01

हर प्रखंड में मिल रहा प्रशासनिक समाधान

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के दिशा-निर्देश पर यह कार्यक्रम जिले के सभी प्रखंड मुख्यालयों में साप्ताहिक रूप से आयोजित किया जा रहा है, ताकि आम जनता को जिला मुख्यालय तक जाने की आवश्यकता न हो और उन्हें अपने क्षेत्र में ही समाधान उपलब्ध हो सके।

प्रत्येक मंगलवार और शनिवार को जिला स्तर पर स्वयं उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में जन शिकायत निवारण शिविर आयोजित किया जाता है। वहीं, ई-जन शिकायत पोर्टल के माध्यम से भी वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए नागरिक सीधे संवाद कर सकते हैं।

जनभागीदारी से होगी बेहतर प्रशासनिक सेवा

जिला प्रशासन ने आम जनता से अपील की है कि वे इस सुविधा का लाभ उठाएं, जन शिकायत निवारण शिविर में अपनी समस्याएं प्रस्तुत करें और विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं के प्रति जागरूक बनें। प्रशासन ने यह भी आश्वासन दिया है कि हर नागरिक की बात सुनी जाएगी और उन्हें सुलभ, समयबद्ध सेवा प्रदान की जाएगी।
