गुमला में सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर चला जागरूकता अभियान, 175 से अधिक दोपहिया चालकों को दी गई सलाह

गुमला, 19 जून 2025 — गुमला-घाघरा मुख्य मार्ग स्थित दुनदुरिया ग्राम के समीप गुरुवार को विशेष सड़क सुरक्षा जागरूकता अभियान का आयोजन किया गया। इस अभियान में 175 से अधिक मोटरसाइकिल चालकों को यातायात नियमों के पालन, हेलमेट पहनने की अनिवार्यता और सड़क पर सतर्कता बरतने के प्रति जागरूक किया गया।

अभियान का नेतृत्व जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ने किया

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन ज़मान के निर्देशानुसार चलाए गए इस अभियान का नेतृत्व जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी राकेश कुमार गोप ने किया। उनके साथ सड़क सुरक्षा प्रबंधक कुमार प्रभाष एवं उनकी टीम ने दोपहिया चालकों को रोड सेफ्टी काउंसलिंग प्रदान की।

अभियान के दौरान चालकों को यह बताया गया कि हेलमेट पहनना, ट्रैफिक नियमों का पालन करना और सड़क संकेतों पर ध्यान देना न केवल उनका कानूनी कर्तव्य है, बल्कि उनकी जान की सुरक्षा के लिए भी आवश्यक है।

गुड सेमेरिटन नीति और हिट एंड रन मुआवज़ा योजना पर जानकारी

सड़क सुरक्षा टीम द्वारा “Good Samaritan Policy” की जानकारी दी गई, जिसके अंतर्गत किसी सड़क दुर्घटना में घायल व्यक्ति को समय पर अस्पताल पहुंचाने वाले सहयोगी को ₹2,000 की प्रोत्साहन राशि और प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान किया जाता है। उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि ऐसे सहयोगी का नाम अस्पताल रजिस्टर में दर्ज किया जाना चाहिए ताकि उसे योजना का लाभ मिल सके।

हिट एंड रन मामलों पर जानकारी देते हुए बताया गया कि अज्ञात वाहन से दुर्घटना में मृत्यु पर ₹2 लाख और गंभीर रूप से घायल होने की स्थिति में ₹50 हजार की क्षतिपूर्ति की व्यवस्था है।

टीम की सहभागिता और भविष्य की पहल

इस जागरूकता कार्यक्रम में प्रमुख रूप से आईटी सहायक मंटू रवानी, रोड इंजीनियरिंग एनालिस्ट प्रणय कांशी, तथा डीटीओ कार्यालय से अश्विनी कुमार, देव कुमार एवं सोनी कुमार ने भाग लिया।

जिला प्रशासन द्वारा यह सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है कि ऐसे कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से अधिक से अधिक लोगों को सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूक किया जाए। प्रशासन का उद्देश्य है कि नियमों के पालन के माध्यम से सड़क दुर्घटनाओं को न्यूनतम किया जा सके।
