सदर अस्पताल गुमला में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की जांच: एसडीओ ने व्यवस्था सुधारने के दिए सख्त निर्देश

गुमला, 19 जून 2025 — गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर सदर अस्पताल गुमला में बृहस्पतिवार को अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी राजीव नीरज ने औचक निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण का उद्देश्य अस्पताल में संचालित स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता का मूल्यांकन करना और मौजूदा व्यवस्थाओं को सुदृढ़ बनाना था। इस दौरान अस्पताल के उपाधीक्षक भी उपस्थित रहे।

ट्रैफिक से लेकर पंजीकरण तक खामियों पर जताई चिंता

निरीक्षण के दौरान अस्पताल परिसर में अनुशासनहीन पार्किंग और अनाधिकृत वाहनों की आवाजाही पर एसडीओ ने असंतोष जताया। प्रतिनियुक्त दंडाधिकारी की अनुपस्थिति पर कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी करने का निर्देश भी उपाधीक्षक को दिया गया। उन्होंने अस्पताल परिसर में ट्रैफिक नियंत्रण हेतु स्पष्ट दिशा-निर्देश लागू करने को कहा।

पंजीकरण केंद्र पर मरीजों की लंबी कतारों को देखकर अधिकारी ने कारण पूछा, जिस पर कर्मियों ने इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी में खराबी को वजह बताया। एसडीओ ने तत्काल इंटरनेट सेवा दुरुस्त कराने के निर्देश दिए, जिससे मरीजों को लंबा इंतजार न करना पड़े।

सेवाओं की समीक्षा: ब्लड कलेक्शन, अल्ट्रासाउंड और एसएनसीयू पर फोकस

निरीक्षण के दौरान रक्त संग्रहण केंद्र में प्रतिदिन 40 से 50 नमूने संग्रह का लक्ष्य बताया गया, और निरीक्षण के समय तक 40 सैंपल एकत्र किए जा चुके थे। वहीं, अल्ट्रासाउंड सेवा में टेक्नीशियन की अनुपस्थिति दर्ज की गई, जिसे फिलहाल लेबर रूम के चिकित्सक द्वारा संचालित किया जा रहा है।

स्पेशल न्यूबॉर्न केयर यूनिट (SNCU) में 30 नवजात भर्ती पाए गए, परंतु यूनिट के प्रवेश द्वार पर सीसीटीवी कैमरा नहीं था। सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से एसडीओ ने यहां और मैटरनिटी वार्ड के पास तत्काल कैमरे लगाने के निर्देश दिए।

सफाई व्यवस्था और रसोईघर की स्थिति पर भी निर्देश

अस्पताल रसोईघर की सफाई व्यवस्था को असंतोषजनक बताते हुए उन्होंने गीले व सूखे कचरे के लिए अलग-अलग डस्टबिन की व्यवस्था एवं नियमित सफाई कराने का निर्देश उपाधीक्षक को दिया।

सीटी स्कैन केंद्र में प्रतिदिन 25 स्कैन का लक्ष्य है, जबकि निरीक्षण के समय तक केवल दो मरीजों ने पर्ची जमा की थी। अधिकारियों ने इस पर कर्मचारियों से जानकारी ली।

रात्रि सुरक्षा को लेकर बढ़ेगी चौकसी

निरीक्षण के उपरांत अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी के कक्ष में पहुंचे, जहां चिकित्सकों ने बताया कि रात्रि में नशे की हालत में आने वाले लोग अस्पताल कर्मियों के साथ दुर्व्यवहार करते हैं। वर्तमान में अस्पताल में 10 गृह रक्षक तैनात हैं, जिनमें 3 महिलाएं शामिल हैं। एसडीओ ने सुरक्षा बलों की संख्या बढ़ाने और लेबर रूम व एसएनसीयू यूनिट में अलग गार्ड नियुक्त करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया।

सुधार की दिशा में प्रशासन सक्रिय

निरीक्षण के दौरान सामने आई कमियों को लेकर संबंधित अधिकारियों को तत्काल सुधारात्मक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। उपायुक्त के मार्गदर्शन में जिला प्रशासन अस्पताल की सेवाओं को सुदृढ़ करने हेतु निरंतर निरीक्षण और मूल्यांकन की प्रक्रिया जारी रखेगा, ताकि नागरिकों को बेहतर और समयबद्ध स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हो सकें।
