महिलाओं को मिलेगी नई रफ्तार: ऑटो सेक्टर में ट्रेनिंग के जरिए आत्मनिर्भरता को बढ़ावा देंगे डालमिया भारत फाउंडेशन और रेड कार्पेट

दीक्षा पहल के तहत असम, पश्चिम बंगाल और झारखंड में 300 महिलाओं को ट्रेनिंग देकर रोज़गार के काबिल बनाया जाएगा ~

बोकारो, 20 जून, 2025: हुनर के माध्यम से महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाते हुए, डालमिया सीमेंट (भारत) लिमिटेड की सीएसआर इकाई, डालमिया भारत फाउंडेशन (डीबीएफ) ने आज नोएडा, नई दिल्ली में प्रमुख ट्रेनिंग और स्किलिंग संस्था- रेड कार्पेट लर्निंग इंस्टिट्यूट के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन (एमओयू) पर हस्ताक्षर किए। यह साझेदारी दीक्षा (डालमिया इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ नॉलेज एंड स्किल हार्नेसिंग) के अंतर्गत की गई है, जिसका उद्देश्य युवाओं और खास तौर पर महिलाओं को उद्योग से जुड़ी जरूरी स्किल्स देकर रोज़गार के काबिल बनाना है।
इस पहल के तहत डालमिया भारत फाउंडेशन और रेड कार्पेट लर्निंग इंस्टिट्यूट मिलकर ऑटोमोबाइल सेक्टर के लिए 300 महिलाओं को 10 बैचों में ट्रेनिंग देंगे। यह ट्रेनिंग तीन प्रमुख रोल्स पर केंद्रित होगी, जिसमें ऑटोमोटिव शोरूम होस्ट, ऑटोमोटिव टेली-कॉलर और टू-व्हीलर सर्विस असिस्टेंट शामिल है। यह ट्रेनिंग असम, पश्चिम बंगाल और झारखंड में शुरू होगी और इसका उद्देश्य पिछड़े तबकों से आने वाली महिलाओं की रोज़गार की संभावनाओं को मजबूती देना है।
ट्रेनिंग की शुरुआत अगस्त 2025 से होगी और यह दिसंबर 2025 के अंत तक चलेगी। इस दौरान महिलाओं को भागीदारी के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से काउंसलिंग सपोर्ट भी दिया जाएगा। इस ट्रेनिंग में वे महिलाएँ शामिल हो सकेंगी, जो 18 साल या उससे अधिक उम्र की हों और दसवीं पास हों। कोर्स पूरा करने के बाद उन्हें लगभग 10,000 रुपए प्रति माह की शुरुआती आय वाली नौकरियाँ मिलने की उम्मीद है, जिससे वे आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर बन सकेंगी।
इस साझेदारी के तहत, एमओयू पर डालमिया भारत फाउंडेशन के सीईओ, श्री अशोक कुमार गुप्ता और रेड कार्पेट लर्निंग इंस्टिट्यूट के पार्टनर, श्री बिटन रॉय ने औपचारिक रूप से हस्ताक्षर किए।
इस अवसर पर डालमिया भारत फाउंडेशन के सीईओ, श्री अशोक कुमार गुप्ता ने कहा, “डालमिया भारत में हमारा प्रयास हमेशा से यही है कि भारत का वर्कफोर्स अधिक मजबूत और सबको साथ लेकर चलने वाला हो। रेड कार्पेट लर्निंग इंस्टिट्यूट के साथ हमारी यह साझेदारी इसी विचार को आगे बढ़ा रही है, जहाँ महिलाओं को प्रैक्टिकल ट्रेनिंग देकर उन्हें नौकरी के काबिल बनाया जाएगा, ताकि वे न सिर्फ खुद को मजबूत बना सकें, बल्कि अपने आस-पास के लोगों की भी मदद कर सकें।”
वहीं, रेड कार्पेट लर्निंग इंस्टिट्यूट के पार्टनर, श्री बिटन रॉय ने कहा, “हम डालमिया भारत फाउंडेशन के साथ इस महत्वपूर्ण पहल में साझेदारी कर बेहद उत्साहित हैं, जिसमें महिलाओं को भारत के तेज़ी से बढ़ते ऑटोमोटिव सेक्टर में केंद्र में लाया गया है। रेड कार्पेट लर्निंग इंस्टिट्यूट में हमारा फोकस हमेशा से ऐसी ट्रेनिंग देने पर रहा है, जो इंडस्ट्री के अनुकूल हो और जिसके जरिए महिलाओं को बेहतर नौकरियों के अवसर मिलें।”
ये ट्रेनिंग सेंटर्स पूरी तरह से क्लासरूम इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर, कम्प्यूटर लैब्स और प्रोजेक्टर जैसी सुविधाओं से लैस होंगे, जो ऑटोमोटिव स्किल्स डेवलपमेंट काउंसिल (एएसडीसी) द्वारा तय किए गए मानकों के अनुसार होंगे। ट्रेनिंग के दौरान मूल्यांकन तीन चरणों में किया जाएगा- पहला ऑनलाइन टेस्ट पहले महीने के बाद, दूसरा ऑनलाइन असेसमेंट कोर्स का 90% पूरा होने पर (जो बाहरी एजेंसी द्वारा होगा), और अंतिम फिजिकल असेसमेंट कोर्स पूरा होने के बाद ट्रेनिंग सेंटर पर होगा। इस पहल का उद्देश्य 90% प्लेसमेंट सहायता देना है, जिसमें प्रतिभागियों को कोर्स पूरा करने के 50 दिनों के भीतर नौकरी मिलने की उम्मीद है।
डालमिया भारत फाउंडेशन अपनी दीक्षा पहल के जरिए जमीनी स्तर पर कौशल विकास और टिकाऊ रोज़गार के बीच की दूरी को लगातार कम करने का काम कर रहा है। महिला सशक्तिकरण और समावेशी विकास पर खास ध्यान देने वाले इस कार्यक्रम के तहत अब तक 23,624 लोगों को ट्रेनिंग दी जा चुकी है, जिनमें से अधिकतर महिलाएँ हैं। दीक्षा, डीबीएफ के उस मिशन का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा बना हुआ है, जिसका उद्देश्य मजबूत और आत्मनिर्भर समुदायों का निर्माण करना है।
