उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में उद्योग विभाग एवं PMEGP और PMFME की समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में उद्योग विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक आहूत की गई। उद्योग विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री विश्वकर्मा, PMFME एवं PMEGP योजना पर चर्चा की गई। उपायुक्त ने युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करने पर विशेष जोर दिया। उन्होंने अधिकतम युवाओं को रोजगार से जोड़ने और तय लक्ष्यों के अनुसार कार्य करने के लिए अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।

बैठक के दौरान जिला उद्यमी समन्वयक को, निर्देश दिया गया कि PMEGP और PMFME के रिजेक्ट एवम योग्य आवेदन को चिन्हित कर बैंकों में भेजते हुए इस वर्ष लक्ष्य 100% प्राप्त करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। पीएम विश्वकर्मा में मुखिया लेवल पर पेंडिंग आवेदनों को जिले स्तर पर अग्रेषित करने हेतु उपायुक्त स्तर से सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी एवं सभी मुखिया को निर्देश दिया गया। साथ ही प्रखंड स्तर पर समय-समय पर मुखिया के साथ बैठक आयोजित कर आवेदन अग्रेषित करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

इसके साथ ही PMFME योजना के तहत जिला उद्यमी समन्वयक,LDM /GM DIC को निर्देश दिया गया कि जिले के सभी बैंकरों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर सभी शाखा से 2-2 आवेदन स्वीकृत करते हुए रोजगार सृजन करें।

श्रम विभाग की समीक्षा की क्रम में उपायुक्त ने संबंधित पदाधिकारी को प्रखंड में रोजगार कैंप आयोजित करने हेतु निर्देशित किया। जिससे अधिक से अधिक युवा रोजगार से जुड़ सकें। रोजगार कैंप का कैलेंडर भी तैयार करने हेतु निर्देश दिए गए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि जिले में निबंधित श्रमिकों को मिलने वाली योजनाओं का लाभ शत प्रतिशत श्रमिकों को मिले यह सुनिश्चित करें। कोई भी श्रमिक चिकित्सा सहायता,मातृत्व योजना एवं अन्य लाभों से वंचित ना रहें। सेफ्टी कीट के वितरण के संबंध में चर्चा की गई। इस संबंध में बताया गया कि अबतक लगभग 400 लोगों को सेफ्टी कीट प्रदान किया गया है।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त गुमला ने संबंधित पदाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया कि प्रचार प्रसार कर अधिक से अधिक श्रमिकों को श्रम निबंधन पोर्टल पर अपना निबंधन कराना सुनिश्चित करें। बाल श्रम को रोकने हेतु समय समय पर सघन अभियान चलाने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। बैठक के दौरान जिला नियोजन कार्यालय द्वारा जानकारी दी गई कि आगामी 24 जून को गुमला जिले में रोजगार मेला का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसके साथ ही गुमला जिले के अंतर्गत विभिन्न प्रखंडों में संचालित स्किल सेंटर के संबंध में उपायुक्त गुमला को विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान की गई।

बैठक में नियोजन पदाधिकारी, उद्यमी समन्वयक, श्रम नियोजन पदाधिकारी, एल०डी०एम, सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी व कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहें।
