वर्षों की प्रतीक्षा के बाद रोला सरौनी मार्ग को मिली मंजूरी, मुन्ना सिंह की पहल लाई रंग

यह केवल एक सड़क का निर्माण नहीं, यह हजारों ग्रामीणों के संघर्ष और धैर्य की विजय है- मुन्ना सिंह

हजारीबाग के सदर प्रखंड अंतर्गत रोला मोड़ से सरौनी तथा मरहेता मोड़ से पौता बस्ती तक की सड़क दशकों से उपेक्षा और दुर्दशा की प्रतीक बनी हुई थी। यह मार्ग केवल एक सामान्य ग्रामीण सड़क नहीं, बल्कि आसपास के दर्जनों गांवों के जीवन का आधार है। यह वही रास्ता है जिस पर स्कूली बच्चों की उम्मीदें दौड़ती हैं, बीमार लोगों की एंबुलेंसें निकलती हैं, किसान अपनी उपज लेकर शहर पहुंचते हैं, और ग्रामीण महिलाएं रोजमर्रा की जरूरतों के लिए बाज़ार आती-जाती हैं।

लेकिन बरसात हो या गर्मी, यह सड़क अधिकतर समय जलजमाव, कीचड़ और गड्ढों में तब्दील रहती थी। अंततः यह स्थिति तब बदली जब कांग्रेस पार्टी के सदर विधानसभा के पूर्व प्रत्याशी एवं नगर निगम प्रभारी मुन्ना सिंह ने इस विषय को गंभीरता से उठाया। 23 मई 2025 को इंदरपुरी स्थित ग्रामीण विकास विभाग कार्यालय में उन्होंने मंत्री दीपिका पांडे सिंह के नाम इस मार्ग की स्थिति पर एक विस्तृत ज्ञापन सौंपा था।

उन्होंने ज्ञापन में मंत्री से इस सड़क की दुर्दशा का न केवल वस्तुनिष्ठ वर्णन किया, बल्कि इसे जन-स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा और आवागमन से सीधे जुड़ा मानवीय संकट बताया। वहीं मंत्री ने इस ज्ञापन को गंभीरता से लिया और शीघ्र संज्ञान में लेते हुए विभागीय स्तर पर सड़क निर्माण को स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी। यह केवल एक प्रशासनिक निर्णय नहीं, बल्कि जनभावनाओं की सार्थक जीत थी।

मुन्ना सिंह ने इस स्वीकृति के पश्चात मंत्री के प्रति आभार जताते हुए कहा कि यह केवल एक सड़क का निर्माण नहीं है, यह हजारों ग्रामीणों के संघर्ष और धैर्य की विजय है। कांग्रेस पार्टी हमेशा जनहित में, जनता के साथ खड़ी रही है और रहेगी। जब तक समाधान नहीं होता, तब तक संघर्ष ही मेरी पहचान है।

इस घोषणा के साथ ही ग्रामीण अंचलों में हर्ष और उत्साह की लहर दौड़ गई। वह अब यथार्थ बनने जा रही है। स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि अब उनके बच्चों की शिक्षा बाधित नहीं होगी, बीमार लोगों को समय पर इलाज मिलेगा, और वे अपने जीवन में सहजता का अनुभव करेंगे।
