सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर गुमला प्रशासन का सख्त रुख, डीटीओ का वीडियो संदेश जारी

गुमला, जून 2025 — गुमला जिले में लगातार हो रही सड़क दुर्घटनाओं और यातायात नियमों की अनदेखी को देखते हुए उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर जिला प्रशासन ने एक व्यापक सड़क सुरक्षा अभियान की शुरुआत की है। इस मुहिम में जागरूकता के साथ सख्ती का संतुलन साधते हुए, पुलिस और परिवहन विभाग पूरी तरह सक्रिय हो गए हैं।

थानों में सक्रियता और चिन्हित इलाकों में चेकिंग अभियान तेज

अभियान की रूपरेखा गुमला पुलिस अधीक्षक हरीश बिन जामान के नेतृत्व में तय की गई है, जिन्होंने सभी थाना प्रभारियों के साथ लगातार बैठकें कर स्थानीय स्तर पर रणनीति तैयार की है। इन योजनाओं में स्कूलों, बाजारों और दुर्घटनासंभावित इलाकों को प्राथमिकता देते हुए विशेष अभियान चलाने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

इसके तहत जिले भर के थानों में गहन चेकिंग अभियान जारी है। मुख्य चौक-चौराहों पर पुलिसकर्मी मुस्तैदी से तैनात हैं और बिना हेलमेट, ट्रिपल राइडिंग और अन्य उल्लंघनों पर कार्रवाई कर रहे हैं।

डीटीओ राकेश गोप का सख्त संदेश: “घर जाओ, हेलमेट लाओ”

जागरूकता को प्रभावी बनाने के लिए जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी राकेश गोप ने एक वीडियो संदेश जारी किया है। उन्होंने लोगों से अपील की कि वे सड़क पर खुद की और दूसरों की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए नियमों का पालन करें। उन्होंने यह भी साफ किया कि इस बार कोई ढिलाई नहीं बरती जाएगी।

डीटीओ ने चेतावनी दी कि बिना हेलमेट पकड़े गए वाहन चालकों को मौके पर ही रोका जाएगा, और उन्हें घर भेजकर हेलमेट लाने को मजबूर किया जाएगा। जुर्माने के साथ यह नई प्रक्रिया इसलिए अपनाई गई है ताकि लोग हेलमेट पहनने की आदत विकसित करें, न कि सिर्फ नियम पालन को औपचारिकता मानें।

जनअपील: नियमों का पालन करें, जीवन को सुरक्षित बनाएं

जिला प्रशासन ने सभी नागरिकों से अपील की है कि वे हेलमेट, सीट बेल्ट, ट्रैफिक सिग्नल और सड़क संकेतों का पूरी गंभीरता से पालन करें। प्रशासन का मानना है कि सड़क सुरक्षा केवल दंड से नहीं, बल्कि जन-जागरूकता और व्यक्तिगत जिम्मेदारी से ही सुनिश्चित हो सकती है।

यह अभियान एक स्थायी बदलाव लाने की कोशिश है, जहां नियम पालन लोगों की सामाजिक आदत बन जाए और गुमला की सड़कों को दुर्घटनामुक्त और सुरक्षित बनाया जा सके।
