गुमला जिले में सड़क सुरक्षा अभियान और तेज किया गया

उपायुक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित की पहल पर पुलिस प्रशासन और डीटीओ हुए सक्रिय, सख्ती और जागरूकता पर जोर, *जारी हुआ वीडियो संदेश।

गुमला – गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर अपनी प्रतिबद्धता दिखाते हुए एक बड़ा और व्यापक अभियान शुरू किया है। जिले में लगातार बढ़ रही सड़क दुर्घटनाओं और यातायात नियमों के उल्लंघन की घटनाओं पर अंकुश लगाने के उद्देश्य से, उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने अधिकारियों को कड़े निर्देश जारी किए हैं। उनकी पहल पर, अब जिलेभर में यातायात नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित कराने के लिए सख्ती और जागरूकता दोनों पर एक साथ जोर दिया जा रहा है।
थाना स्तर पर चेकिंग और जागरूकता बैठकें
अभियान के तहत, गुमला पुलिस अधीक्षक हरीश बिन जामान स्वयं जमीनी स्तर पर सक्रिय भूमिका निभा रहे हैं। पुलिस अधीक्षक ने सभी थाना प्रभारियों के साथ लगातार बैठकें कर अभियान की रणनीति तय की है। इन बैठकों में यह सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है कि प्रत्येक थाने की अपनी कार्ययोजना हो, जिसमें भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाकों, स्कूलों के आस पास और दुर्घटना की संभावित क्षेत्रों को विशेष रूप से लक्षित किया जाए।
पुलिस अधीक्षक के निर्देश पर, अब सभी थाना क्षेत्रों में एक गहन चेकिंग अभियान शुरू हो गया है। पुलिस कर्मी चौराहों और मुख्य सड़कों पर मुस्तैदी से तैनात हैं और यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वालों पर पैनी नजर रख रहे हैं। विशेष रूप से, बिना हेलमेट मोटरसाइकिल चलाने वालों और ट्रिपल राइडिंग करने वालों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
डीटीओ राकेश गोप का वीडियो संदेश: जुर्माने के साथ ‘घर वापसी’ का नियम
जागरूकता फैलाने के उद्देश्य से, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) राकेश गोप ने एक विशेष वीडियो संदेश जारी किया है। इस संदेश में उन्होंने जिले की जनता से अपील की है कि वे अपनी और दूसरों की सुरक्षा के लिए यातायात नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन करें। डीटीओ ने स्पष्ट किया है कि प्रशासन इस बार किसी भी तरह की ढिलाई बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगा।
वीडियो संदेश में राकेश गोप ने यह भी चेतावनी दी है कि बिना हेलमेट पकड़े जाने पर वाहन चालकों पर न सिर्फ भारी जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा, बल्कि उन्हें एक नई परेशानी का भी सामना करना पड़ सकता है। ऐसे वाहन चालकों को मौके पर ही रोककर अपने घर वापस जाकर हेलमेट लाने के लिए मजबूर किया जाएगा, उसके बाद ही उन्हें आगे जाने दिया जाएगा। यह कदम इसलिए उठाया गया है ताकि लोगों को हेलमेट पहनने की गंभीरता का अहसास हो सके और वे इसे आदत में शुमार करें।
प्रशासन की अपील: सुरक्षित सफर, सुरक्षित जीवन
प्रशासन ने एक बार फिर सभी वाहन चालकों और आम जनता से अपील की है कि वे स्वयं की सुरक्षा के लिए हेलमेट अवश्य पहनें, सीट बेल्ट का उपयोग करें और यातायात के सभी नियमों का पालन करें। प्रशासन का मानना है कि केवल सरकारी सख्ती से नहीं, बल्कि जनभागीदारी और स्वयं की जिम्मेदारी से ही सड़कों को सुरक्षित बनाया जा सकता है। यह अभियान न केवल नियमों का पालन करवाने के लिए है, बल्कि लोगों में सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर एक स्थायी जागरूकता पैदा करने के लिए भी है, ताकि गुमला की सड़कें सभी के लिए सुरक्षित बन सकें।
