विभावि में मनाया गया अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस

योग विभाग के टॉपर विद्यार्थी किए गए पुरस्कृत

योग केंद्र विभावि के तत्वाधान में मे 21 जून को अन्तराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर एक योग अभ्यास कार्यक्रम का आयोजन यूसेट भवन में किया गया। इसमे भारत सरकार का आयुष मंत्रालय के द्वारा दिये गये योग प्रोटोकॉल के तहत सुबह 7 बजे से योग आसान और प्राणायाम कराया गया।

योग अभ्यास कार्यक्रम का संचालन योग प्रशिक्षक अभिषेक कुमार सिंह और सत्य प्रकाश ने किया। इन्होने कई आसन और प्राणायाम करवाएं।

कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि विभावि के कुलसचिव सह समाज विज्ञान संकायाध्यक्ष डॉ सादिक रज्जाक थे।उन्होने बताया कि योग मनोविज्ञान से जुड़ा है। इससे शारीरिक और मानसिक शांति और सुख की प्राप्ति होती है। इससे व्यक्ति स्वस्थ रहता है और व्यक्ति में आक्रामकता भी समाप्त हो जाती है। उन्होंने बताया कि योग जीवन जीने की कला है

योग केंद्र के निदेशक तथा दर्शनशास्त्र विभाग के अध्यक्ष डॉ अमित कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि जीवन को स्वस्थ रखना है तो अपनी जीवन शैली मे पूर्ण बदलाव करना होगा। अपने खान-पान, रहन-सहन को सुधारना होगा।

ईस कार्यक्रम मे संकायाध्यक्ष विज्ञान डॉ एच एन सिन्हा, वित्त पदाधिकारी डॉ सुरेंद्र कुशवाहा, युसेट विभाग के निदेशक डॉ आशीष साहा ,जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी डॉ सुकल्याण मोइत्रा, भूगोल विभाग के विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ सरोज सिंह, सहायक प्राध्यापक विजय कुजुर, डा मृत्युंजय प्रसाद, डा अंसारी, विधि महाविद्यालय एनएसएस पदाधिकारी डॉ लक्ष्मी सिंह, युसेट विभाग के एनएसएस पदाधिकारी डॉ खेमलाल महतो, सहायक कुलसचिव डॉ कुमार विकास तथा डॉ अनिल उरांव आदि कई लोग उत्साह पूर्वक भाग लिए।

इस अवसर पर स्नातकोत्तर योग तथा नेचुरोपैथी विषय के विश्वविद्यालय टॉपर श्रीमती शीला सिंह (सत्र 2022-24) एवं श्रीमती प्रीति लता (सत्र 2023-25) एवं पीजी डिप्लोमा (सत्र 2024-25) के टॉपर प्रीति को स्मृति चिन्ह प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया गया।
